OPERATIONAL SUMMARY
1. FSO lifting/nventory : Exportable dry crude inventory as of 0600 hrs is 569,194 bbls. Next lifting BR-323 (PVO) schedule date on 01st -03rd June 2014
with total parcel 350Kbbl.
2. Rolls Royce Export Compressor Train A: Continuing t/shoot unit Fuel Gas Metering Valve fault. Tested run the unit but unit tripped on Enclosure
Temperature High. On going rectification on Fuel njector seal leaking.
3. SHAPADU HUC BRB 501 Flow-line Header Extension: Continue touch up painting primer coat on new goal post pipe support. Overall completion -
90%.
4. SHAPADU BRA: New sand slurry project. Continue fit-up and welding pipe supports below cellar deck. Overall completion - 45.2%. No progress.
5. SHAPADU BKC: ACCUFLOW meter installation: n progress transferring pipe spool to location. Overall completion remain at 37%. No progress.
6. SHAPADU E& BRC Emergency Lighting installation: Completed removal of 10 out of 10 units of normal lighting and replaced with emergency light.
Overall completion 85%.
7. PONEER BRA Painting: Continue set-up vapor blasting equipment and lay out blasting hose from cooler deck to sea deck. Overall completion - 0.3%.
8. PONEER BKC Painting: Continue blasting and 1st coat application onto beam structure at mezz north east side. Overall completion - 35.17%.
9. PONEER BRE Painting: Continue power tooling and painting on structures/support and surface preparation and applied final coat to V-5600. Overall
completion - 84.0%
10. VELOS PM3-S RT Small Bore Campaign: Completed performed 158 out of 13,279 RT key points at BRA Cellar Deck. Overall completion - 1.18%
11. Harkand Harmony Cleaning operation: Completed inspection on BRBFSO6EG & 75% on BRBFSO10EC. Continue jacket inspection at BSA. Overall
completion -22.4%
12.DOOSAN BABCOCK: Continue structure & piping vibration survey at BRA. Overall completion - 50%.
13.BRB Slickline: Complete offloading Slick-line equipment for well intervention activity. Setting up equipment on going.
14.BSA Slickline: Completed offloading E-line equipment for well intervention activity.
15.HANDAL BRE Crane ME-6620: Continue perform Annual PM. Overall completion - 85%
16.ALS BRE: continue conducting area Mercury mapping monitoring. Overall completion 65%
