The rate of absenteeism in India has been more than 10%. The absenteeism

INNOVATIVE PROCESS
IMPROVEMENT

[Type text]
[Type text]

INNOVATIVE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT:

From the above training I have observed an innovative

process improvement on production department

1. Robotics to produce in component manufacturing division

2. Use cool water for injection molding machine
3. Use latest software in finance and purchase department

1. Component manufacturing division there is robot to work

in that machine it self but they are not using that. they are using worker to
produce .it takes more time and some times damages occur due to lack of
supervisor and workers careless but in robotics time consumption is less it
produce more than a man produces .

MERITS AND DEMERITS:

a. Production is more than man

b. Manpower will be reduced
c. Provides safety
d. Product will be produced without any defect
DEMERITS:
a. Very expensive
b. It causes unemployment

2. In injection molding machine heat is produced lot to

melt the polypropylene. The heat produced should be reduced at certain time of
production so water is passed in tubes to cool the machine. But normal water is
not sufficient if machine becomes heat then the production will become less.

If cool water is passed then machine heat is

reduced and production will become normal.

3. The latest software will help to do the work very fast and
all the data’s will be safe and saved for future reference for the organization. It

[Type text]
[Type text]

makes no error in the work done by the employees. It also make employee to
feel satisfied in his/her work.

The software itself generates all the orders and enquires

number so there will not be any confusion in the organization. The work done
by the employees will be effective.

From above points demerits are less and merits are more I
kindly request this to implement in NTTFIL.
