products for regulatory testing.


1. Is this a RUSH? Check Rush or Normal.
2. NPG Contact Name: Type in the Product Developers name.
3. NPS#: Nordstrom Performance Specification (NPS) Test Description # located on the QA-Customs page of the
tech pack.

4. Material Type: Check knit, Woven, leather or sweater, based on sample submitted for testing
5. Department Name: Check only one box, found on the header of the tech pack.

6. Label Name: Type Label name found on the header of the tech pack.
7. Nordstrom Style (VPN) Number (s): Style Number(s) found on the header of the tech pack and also the P.O.
Include prefix and suffix. e.g. GL254449IN (use all capital letters, no spacing between letters and numbers).
8. P.O. #: Listed on the P.O. Multiple P.O. #s may be listed for the same (VPN) Style number.
9. Retail style Number: Listed on the header of the tech pack.
10. Season/Year: Listed on the header of the tech pack (e.g. Spring 2012 )
11. Ship Date: Manufacturer earliest ship date listed on the P.O
12. Manufacturer #: The Nordstrom assigned Manufacturer Number found on the P.O.

13. Agent Contact Name: First and Last name of your agent contact.

23. Snap Button Zipper Supplier: Located on the BOM in the tech pack.

24. Sample Description: Describe item submitted to the lab for testing (i.e.1x1 Rib fabric, Short sleeve v-neck t-
shirt)
25. End Use: Pant, top, sweater, jacket, skirt, etc.
26. Garment Size Submitted: size of garment submitted for testing.
27. Submitted Colors/Prints: List all color name(s) or prints submitted for testing, use color name(s) on P.O.
28. Fabric Construction: List type of weave/knit structure. (Twill, satin/jersey, rib)
29. Thread/Stitch count: List warp and weft threads per inch or wales and courses stitches per inch.
30. Yarn Size: List yarns size found on the BOM page in the tech pack. Include # of ends for sweaters only.
31. Gauge: List the gauge as listed in the tech pack
32. Fabric Weight: List the weight and unit of measurement.
33. Fabric Width: List the width and unit of measurement.
34. Print/dye type: check the box identifying the print and/or dye process. If not listed, type the print and/or dye
process in box marked other.
35. Finish: check the box identifying the finish; if not listed, type the finish process in box marked other.
