Press Part: - This pulp mixture of water (99.1%) and wood (.o9%) is passed
through the air type box where we could see it in the form of thin cloth, here
dewatering takes place.
Dryer part: - Here the sheet would be dried and pressed so that the water
would get evaporated in the form of steam as the rollers would be moving in
wave format through number of cylinders.
Now we will get the fully dried paper, passed for smoothing.
Machine Glazing Cylinder: - This would help the paper to get glazing, if
passed through only one side of the cylinder that would get polished and if
passed on both sides the full sheet would be glazed. This was brought by the
company for 2.5 Cr. Rupees.
If so there is any difference of GSM size at any point of the making that reel
would be dumped to the recycling unit, from here the whole process would be
done again .In this unit the wasted paper sheets, torn are also recycled.
