My Job Description As Maintenance and Estimation Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
a) Performed short term and long term planning for the property.
b) Supervised development/monitoring of facilities maintenance program.
c) Directed all activities relating to contracted facility services, including but not limited to technical
reviews, material.
d) Load Calculation of HVAC system through software and manually.
e) Selection of equipments according to requirements.
f) Making HVAC ducts and piping layout design. Duct design according to ASHRAE standards
g) Preparation of Ductwork layout drawings in AutoCAD.
h) Preparation of Piping layout drawings & Distribution drawings in AutoCAD
i) Load and pressure drop calculations. Equipment selection (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps,
Dampers, Grills and diffusers)
