To pay all present and future rates) assessments and outgoings in respect of the +lat other than those agreed to *e paid *y the Tenant$ *! That the Tenant paying the rent here*y resered and o*sering and performing the seeral coenants and stipulations of the Tenant>s part herein contained shall peacefully and <uietly hold and en2oyed possession of the &oom during the term here*y created without any interruption *y the Landlord or any person or person lawfully claiming under or in trust for the Landlord$ c!
