WARNING: To prevent personal injury, follow lockout/tag out procedures and follow safety
procedures identied in the manufacturer's manual. Disconnect all electrical power to the unit
prior to performing any of the following maintenance procedures.
Read, understand and follow all warnings in all of the component instruction manuals.
2 Inspect general conditions.
3 Inspect and clean, as necessary, cold water basin strainer and air inlet louvers.

Check and adjust water level in cold water basin per instructions in the manufacturer's O&M
manual.
5 Check operation of makeup valve.
6 Check belt conditions (or VFD) in accordance with the manufacturer's O&M manual.
7 Check belt tension in accordance with the manufacturer's O&M manual.
8 Lubricate fan shaft bearings in accordance with the manufacturer's O&M manual.
9 Check motor base and adjusting screw in accordance with the manufacturer's O&M manual.
10 Check drive alignment in accordance with the manufacturer's O&M manual.
11 Clean outside fan motor in accordance with the manufacturer's O&M manual.
12 Clean debris from in and around tower.
13 Inspect spray nozzles in accordance with the manufacturer's O&M manual.
14 Drain cold water basin in accordance with the manufacturer's O&M manual.
15 Inspect protective nishes.
16 Workorder complete and report deciencies and corrective measures taken.

CAUTION: This equipment should never be operated without all fan screens, access panels, and access doors in place. For the protection of authorized service and maintenance
personnel, install a lockable disconnect switch located within sight of the unit on each fan and pump motor associated with this equipment.
