Control (CDC! estimates nationally that food)orne illness 2ills 3*444 people a year and 3 million more )ecome ill,
CDC estimates that 5@ million cases of acute gastroenteritis are due to noro+irus infection* and it is now thought that
at least 34A of all food)orne out)rea2s of gastroenteritis can )e attri)uted to noro+iruses, Strict hand washing after
using the )athroom and )efore handling food items is important in pre+enting the spread of this +irus,
