The issue of social inclusion of young people

Needs of young people in relation to the labor market falls into a general trend, focusing in general,
the same variables: perceived economic development of the area, offer jobs and preparing young people for
these professional and personal development needs. Developing regions are grouped according to emphasis
on one of the above mentioned variables.
Young people feel that the most important need for vocational counseling, facilitating contact with
the labor market during the period of schooling (partnerships between universities and public institutions
and institutional reform in terms of visibility of jobs to be filled.
!olutions for the needs of young people in terms of their inclusion in the labor market either take
responsibility of the central"local, or individual involvement and action.
#art of solving youth returns through proactive through continuous information (rights, obligations,
legislation, opportunities, responsibilities, knowledge of the role of the institutions and addressing to them
when appropriate (as their rights are violated employees.
$bstacles that hinder solving youth problems in their relationship with the labor market are lack of
financial resources (pronounced especially in the economic crisis, inertia and system failure (difficulty in
linking educational curricula to labor market re%uirements, failure"breach laws, lack of transparency"
corruption, bureaucracy, lack of interest and involvement of young people.
&hese measures are aimed at the problems facing young people in direct interaction with the labor
market, facilitating institutions in the field or with the law: to attract investors to develop initiatives to
promote young people, promoting jobs fairs , eradicate corruption , providing scholarships for youth ,
support small business, local law adapting to labor market demands or offers investors ta' e'empt investors ,
the construction of housing for young people, youth ta' e'emption that engages immediately after graduation
even during the time should to receive unemployment benefits, facilitating the creation of new jobs and use
local resources , business support, providing facilities for young people in terms of access to credit or advice
in accessing (uropean funds, eradication bureaucracy, correlating education offerings labor market
(partnerships between public institutions and universities, lower ta'es , creating specific programs for young
people in vulnerable situations, establishment of vocational counseling centers for youth, increasing the
transparency of public institutions in terms of removing the competition for jobs and development programs
providing %ualification"training in the workplace, the provision of information about employment
opportunities .
