Power Cosmic: Shift-Y (200) ability to channel and manipulate cosmic

energy from every part of his body (although he prefers his hands). Silver
Surfer is able to perform following power stunts:
Energy Absorption/manipulation: Silver Surfer can absorb up to Shift-Y (200) energy. He can absorb more but
must make a Power feat or he loses control of his power and attacks those around him. He can also create energy
fields or project energy from all around him 10 areas wide.
Power Boost: Shift-Y (200), Raise a single ability score (his or anothers) to Shift-Y (200) for 2-20 rounds. If the
ability is Shift-Y (200) already, it may be raised to Shift-Y (200) on a Yellow FEAT
Healing: Up to Shift-Y (200) damage to himself or others.
Molecular Rearrangement: Reconstruct existing elements and combining elements in order to get almost any
desired affect with Shift-Y (200) ability (even trapping people in energy constructs or in his surf board to subdue
them).
Enhanced Senses: The Surfer can see, hear and perceive any energy source
(electromagnetic, thermal, sonar, and x-ray vision as well as able to see various inter/extra
dimensional energy signatures).
Body Armor: Surfers silvery-metallic skin is nearly invulnerable giving him UN (100)
protection to physical or energy attacks. He may increase it to Shift-X (150) for 1-15 rounds
Invulnerable: to Heat, Cold, Radiation, Toxins and Diseases, but is still susceptible to
magical diseases aimed to infect the soul.
Self-Sustenance: Doesn't need to eat, breathe, or sleep and can survive in space indefinitely.
Equipment: Surfboard: Shift-Y (200) material, The Silver Surfers board is a construct of
unknown material. It appears to be made from the same reflective material as the Surfers
body coating. The board is psychically linked to its owner and can automatically respond to
his mental commands. It can travel independent of him and return to him if they are
separated. When he rides it, the Surfers feet automatically adhere to the boards
upper surface. The board has the following powers:
True Flight: CL5000 airspeed, Shift-Z (500) airspeed in atmosphere
Dimension Travel: Once its maximum speed is reached, the board can enter
hyper-space to quickly reach any section of the universe.
Phasing: UN (100) ability to render itself and its rider(s) temporarily
immaterial. This power is used to enable them to pass through a barrier or to
travel through space without risking collision damage with space borne
particles.
Time Travel: Surfer can fly through the barrier of time to observe past events
but cannot physically participate in them.
