12 Month Access Card A short term product which allows golfers to experience the privileges of Laguna Lng
C Golf Club before making the shift to a long term membership. Nonrenewable and open to persons of 18 years
of age and above.
Annual Dues VND 0 (Non-transferable)
Individual Membership Perfect of the keen golfer this membership has full benefits for the card holder and is
open for persons of 18 years of age and above.
Annual Dues VND 17,000,000
Family Membership Perfect for the family full of golfers, this product allows access for the club for the primary
member, the legal spouse and 2 children under the age of 21 years of age.
Annual Dues VND 26,000,000
Corporate Membership When a company want to look after its executives, the corporate membership allows
for 2 separated individual card holders which can be transferred separately for flexibility as your company
structure changes.

membership at Laguna Lng C golf Club is one of them. Property membership is accentually a family
membership belong to the title of the home and is non-transferable.

Transfer Fees
Individual / Family Memberships -Transferable after 3 years at a fee of 10% of the current listed membership
price.
Corporate Membership - Can be transferred independently of each other at 5% of the current listed membership
price. 10% if both transferred at the same time.
Property Memberships Are non-transferrable and remain an integral part on the property. Membership
duration is for the term of the property ownership. The membership is attached to the property, and transfers to the
new owner on any sales of said property.
Terms & Conditions of Membership
All membership are as per contract and members are subject to the rules and regulations of the club which are set
at the sole discretion of the clubs management.
