Protection 2ct 6778.

6. 2cti+e monitoring is monitoring that you carry out (E&3*E an incident. It is pro%acti+e and you are trying to pre+ent incidents from occurring.
Examples could !e9 worplace inspections, machine guarding checs, !eha+ioural safety o!ser+ations etc.

The intention is to eep trac of incidents so you can identify trends.
