WING-A:

1. Arrangement of Steel Reinforcement for the Roof Slab and Beams completed for

Flats A3 & A4 at 300 lvl.

2. Aerocon Block work is in progress In Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor, Fourth

Floor and Fifth Floor.



WING-B:


1. Arrangement of Steel Reinforcement for the Floor Slab and Beams completed for

Flats B1,B2,B3,B4 & B5at 300 lvl.

2.Slab Shuttering and Arrangement of Steel Reinforcement are under progress at +300 Level for Flats

B6,B7,B8,B9,B10,B11 & B12.

3. Aerocon Block work is in progress In Ground Floor and First Floor level.


HEALTH CLUB:


1. Aerocon Block work is in progress at ground floor level.

UNDER GROUND SUMP:

1.Under Ground Sump bottom Raft mat and Columns Reinforcement work is under progress.

During the Inspection following points were discussed / observed as noted below:

1. At Balconies Main Reinforcement steel to be provided as per drawings.

2. Provide stirrups at column and beam junctions, in columns.

3. Slab main bars to be tied to the beams properly.

4.In A-Wing B 1A Top and Bottom overlaps to be provided as per drawing only.

5.In B-Wing B 3A Bottom 1No -16mm Dia. Curtail Bar missed.

6.In B-Wing Flats 2 & 4 in Balconies area 3 projection missed.

7.In B-Wing Flats 3 & 5 in S2 Slab 2Nos 12mm Dia bars missed.

8.Alcranks to be bent correctly in slab and to be aligned and chairs to be provided at double mat area In

A-Wing and B-Wing Flats at 300lvl and 300 level.


9. Materials used at site:

STEEL: SHREE TMT,BHARAT GOLD TMT 500

CEMENT: VASAVADATTA O.P.C 53 GRADE
