land-use policy in Noida Master
Plan-2021, which will allow ofces,
retail shops, eateries, and
entertainment outlets in specifc areas
in industrial and institutional sectors

Accordin! to the new mixed-use land policy, property owners with plots
alon! the roads with 2" m #$% &ri!ht o' way( in residential areas will )e
allowed to )uild !uesthouses on a limited area Accordin! to Masterplan,
!uesthouses can house 'acilities li*e !eneral stores, co+ee shops, A,Ms, etc
Property owners in industrial land-uses can also accommodate auto-service
stations ,he !round covera!e and -oor area ratio will )e in accordance with
the prime land use o' the plot
Property owners who wish to turn their plots into mixed land-use have to pay
