Though I have been very curious on the subject of the subterranean regions below
Manhattan, due to the close proximity of this area where I live and the
importance of this location, I was hesitant to introduce it to the VRIL Hollow Earth
Circle until recently.
Looking back on what I previously speculated the subterranean would be -
beneath Manhattan, and what I found, turned out to be surprisingly very
different.
After this first journey 3 weeks ago (October 3, 2010) I continue to gaze below
during opportunities of relaxation, trying to understand better what I am viewing.
One may return to these locations, viewing many times using the inner VRIL light
energy arc, and acquire new insights.

When first remote viewing an
area, satellite images of the
location target are given to the
VRIL Hollow Earth Circle for

By looking at the circled location One is being trained to only view
what is in the immediate location of the designated circle. This
information is then gathered by the subconscious mind through
the day, simply from having viewed the image. One commands
the mind to look for what interest of the VRIL Practitioner , in this
case we are looking for underground areas that will contain
interesting occupants, machines, buildingsand the like.
The strength of the mind determines that only the area inside the
circle is viewed and such information described above is shared.
Therefore it is practical in the application of this work to write
down what one wants to see, as well as make out questions that
the subconscious will .

Gaze on the Satellite Image and you will be keyed into what is
happening on the surface. Then tell your mind to begin gazing below
at a depth of vision for example say I want to go down 300 feet.
Over time, with the continued process of gazing into the
underground the VRIL Practitioner will be able to view in present
time as well as time in the past with a sense of accomplishment.

Presently I accept that the reason for New York Citys location, other than it has
good harbors, is that there are a number of large caverns in the depths leading to
a tunnel opening into the Inner Earth at the 35 mile mark. Below this mark there
is a star city haven, a place one with the determination to awaken their VRIL light
body can visit today with true awareness of the surroundings. This star city will
ascend into the 5
th
dimension as will the many other star cities of the planet Earth
- in the coming ages.
Down below Manhattan these large caverns have sheltered various groups
through the centuries. I am seeing one major Native Indian group taking residence
earlier (for some time) deep below, with access to an entrance into the heavenly
realm which lays still deeper underground. This area and corresponding entrance
was cut off prior to the 1600s, most notably prior to the increased emigration of
European settlers. Over time this cavern was visited by Europeans who mixed with
the native Indians below, having accepted themselves also as deep underground
residents of these large cavern areas.

Engineering in the Depths Below
During the VHEC session in the beginning of October 2010, I am
looking into the depths below Manhattan and seeing numerous
stretched steel (metal) cables coming from above down into the
depths. I can only imagine that these cables served as a means of
moving materials, equipment and workers from above down into
the depths, and back to the upper area. From my viewing angle
near the large cavern chamber ceiling(?) I am seeing the tops of
houses and buildings; reflecting on an earlier account of an elderly
retired Army colonel that below the major cities of the world there
are likewise other cities, often described as replications of the cities
as above, in some manner. As I look into this underground
environment I see there is no movement, sound or people nor
things about. Everything is very still abandoned, total quietude.

I am very curious from where I can see down below past between the cables,
curious that the roofs of these building are covered with gray dust, not a thin layer
by any means, but a very thick layer. This dust lays on the buildings as one will
see 6 feet of snow laying on houses in the Midwest after a heavy snow storm
formed in great drifts by the wind, covering the roofs and windows down to the
ground. This struck me even more curious as to wonder where the source of this
thick layering of dust came from(?). One would think it would be volcano dust, as
there is so much. But I did not sense this as a source of volcano dust. As the
following days past I remembered that over here in New Jersey there are tunnel
openings that have been barred off so that people would not venture down
through them and get lost or hurt; I also read that the winds clocked at the
entrances of these tunnels were as strong as 45mph. This lead me to the belief
that the dust I was seeing beneath Manhattan came from many tunnels linked to
varying areas of New York and New Jersey where structures were once burrowed
and mines excavated; whereby the dust had been drawn to this area in Manhattan
over a very long period of time, and due to the neglect of using a control fan
system over the many years this large amount of dust settled in this particular
area below Manhattan. More recently I have been speculating that there is an
ancient anomaly in this area, a magnet which attracts dust.

In the depths reptilians
have been seen as
watchdogs removing
unwanted residents
and derelicts having
found their way
deep into the
subterranean
systems of
New York City.
Still this did not bring me to the most curious experience I witnessed. As one
enters into these portals the time line opens up and in past history below New
York City- before me, I see these massive reptilians. Large reptilians of a predatory
breed. I was quite alarmed dramatically trying to figure out why were they
there(?). I am hearing the time is the early 1800s. Why were these reptilians
brought into here(?) other than they were watchdogs that were used to remove
all the humans and other animals that had wandered into or advanced into the
depths. These humans of that time were not players in the secret societies
agendas.
I had to concur =accept that there were indeed reptilians used as controlled
scavengers, who at designated intervals were released to hunt down the human
and animal wanderers into the depths; and following the commands of their
masters these reptilian watchdogs were then corralled back into holding pens.
However strange this is, I did mention in an offhand manner what I had seen to
another viewer without details to a timeline. This viewer said that such reptilians
were recorded in the 1800s as being below New York City. After hearing this, I
decided that I would pursue this in future viewings.

Further on in the session I am sensing there is a man who has been
appointed by higher ups in our government to control this area
their wish is to excavate the caverns below Manhattan making more
room. His budget was basically infinite, being provided by the
various government black projects which were in full swing (1920s-
50s). Then there was another location discovered off the east coast
deep below revealing a large circular formed cavernous area made
of alien technology, in addition engineered by Atlanteans.
There was some discussion, a power struggle, infighting concerning
these two locations: the one under the city and the one off the
coast. In the end it was decided to abandon further excavation
below Manhattan and pursue the already very well developed, large
circular cavern area off the coast.

Following Thoughts
While viewing the various portal locations in North America, I am
seeing there is an individual primary leader, benefactor, a Native
American chief or high priest who controls allows, travelers to go
into the Inner Earth paradise. In order for one to enter into the Inner
Earth the light energy body must be strongly activated, whether
one is VRIL astral traveling or entering in their physical shadow
body.
For the one who pursues raising their light energy vibration to that
of the Inner Earth, immortality and great wisdom is realized.

The first people on Long Island were American Indians. They may have arrived as early
as twelve thousand years ago. They were still here when Verrazano sailed into New York
Harbor in 1524. The prehistoric Indians of Long Island left no written records. Except at
the dawn of historical times, we do not know the names of the Indian tribes or the
languages which they spoke. The information here is based mostly on
archaeological studies. It shows that the way of life practiced by the Indians changed
slowly over a very long period of time. These changes were brought about by the
periodic migration of new peoples and the introduction of new ideas to the Island,
changes in the environment in which the Indians lived, and by their ingenuity in
adapting their way of life to the natural world around them.
One way to understand the story of prehistoric man on Long Island is to divide it up into
"stages", each one of which characterizes a style or pattern of Indian life based mostly
on our knowledge of their foods, weapons and tools. These stages are thePaleo-Indian
or Big Game Hunting Stage, theArchaic or Hunting and Gathering Stage, theTransitional
Stage, and theWoodland or Agricultural Stage.

The Hudson Canyon off Long Island, New York, is the best
known and studied canyon on the East Coast. It was first
identified in 1864. The canyon begins as a shallow valley
crossing the continental shelf. The axis of the canyon then
trails down the continental slope for a distance of about
50 miles. The greatest wall height is about 4,000 feet at a
depth of 6,000 feet.

The First Level
Decide on a target you are interested in.
Write down the location, in exact terms as you know presently. Command that
you will go to a certain location on the VRIL journey at a certain time. One may
read online information on that location one wishes to study prior to their journey.
Write down questions you may have.
Through your day and sleep, your mind will be filling out the plan of the journey
you are going to make.
(it is very important to write down the places that you are to visit and what you
want to see, your inner mind will begin the process of reaching out to these places)
Using a series of Google Satellite Maps of the location target , holding your VRIL
Generator and crystal relax, receive the energy through your hand and heart and
enter into VRIL current. Gaze on the maps holding your gaze and till you see a spike
of light. This is the Crystalline Grid revealing an opening into the Earth.
You may also see a symbol such as a pyramid or a treasure ship, or one or more of
many other symbols. The Inner Mind will communicate with these symbols giving
you other information you can use to further your journey.

The Second Level entering the vision
The VRIL Practitioner enters in the yoga posture or lies flat on their back on a
comfortable matt with their head and neck in a very relaxed position.
Begin deep breathing slowly and rapidly as the individual prefers to relax all
the muscles and nerves of the physical body.
Gaze on the location target bringing up visually the maps one has been
studying on their computer screen. If needed or desired tape a map of the
location on the wall next to your meditation area or on the ceiling.
Drift into the VRIL stream steadying your energy flow into the portal of the
location target of your study. With your eyes closed witness the visions that are
coming in through your third eye.
As you enter the portal the Akashic Records will open and sacred information
of the location will download into your brains HD. Make note of any special
information you want to jot done later for your journal. If you wish one can have
a voice activated recorder on their pillow, if it is not too distracting.
As you have previously planned begin the journey in this space make special
mental notes as to the angles of the cavern, machines and temples. You may
view, tombs of ancients, life forms in the area.
The VRIL Traveler will often meet a guide or guides designated in this area who
will offer to share information. Create a friendly relationship with them.

The Third Level Time Travel
The Third Level represents the time travel aspect. As one enters the
portal location, a linear timeline will often open up, due to the VRIL traveler
is interested in the past history of this area.
One may have an intimidate understanding of all that has happened by
gazing down this timeline where many things occurred in the history of this
location in a matter of moments a glance.
One must call out in their mind, a time or event they wish to settle on in
this timeline and vault to this point of time and enter through the door to
this designated time in history. This a very natural if not automatic reflex of
the PSI Time Traveler. Major events may be viewed and one can look into
the scheme of things on several different levels that have been hidden from
the masses of humans.

The Fourth Level Entering Real Space and
Time
By raising the arc of energy the VRIL traveler can enter into real localization.
There is no discrimination that one is in their PSI body other than one knows
they are in a very heightened state. In other words it will seem real actualized
as a real state or more real state of being. One comes to their own
conclusions.
This state may be described as being there, another description may be one is
dancing in the lightning bolt. The union of the PSI body with the planet is
complete, and one can move quickly, experientially as a god being.
This is the goal of the VRIL Practitioner to enter the Fourth Level and be able
to maintain in this energy arc. This state requires dedicated practice, and gives
many rewards.
There are other, further levels as one continues in their study of VRIL energy.
These states described by some travelers as entering hyperspace or ultraspace.

than 1 flash occurred (on average) each year are gray or light purple. The places with the
largest number of lightning strikes are deep red. Much more lightning occurs over land
than ocean because daily sunshine heats up the land surface faster than the ocean. The
heated surface heats the air, and more hot air leads to stronger convection,
thunderstorms, and lightning. The map also shows that more lightning occurs near the
equator than near the poles. This pattern is also due to differences in heating. The equator
