It is 30 days program, which is spread over four months. On successful completion of this course, certification is awarded by Singapore Quality
Institute International.

Testing, Sample Size Selection, One-Way ANOVA, Randomized Block Design, DOE Introduction.
Exam
Full Factorial Experiments, Full Factorial Simulations, 2K Factorial Part 1, DOE Sample Size Selection, 2K
Factorial Part 2, Fractional Factorials.
Project Submission &
Presentation
DOE Review, DOE w/ Six Sigma Response, EVOP/ PLEX, Response Surface Designs, Multiple Regression, Intro
to Control Methods, Intro to SPC, Lean and Six Sigma Synergy, Process Control Plans.

4 months with Exam and project presentation at the end.
