• Sharing the responsibility to study the project proposals, project scope and scope of work
and discuss the project with client regarding the doubts.
• Monitoring the Overall progress with coordination of Procurement and Construction
Managers and reporting to client.
• Leading a team of Project controls department and quantity surveyors to finalized the
over al project activities of their disciplines for Engineering, Procurement and
Constructions to prepare the project reports for cost and budget controls.

Engineering & Project Control Manager
• Looking after the Engineering based activities for design phase of project to prepare the
design package of 115kV substations with the subcontractor Saudi Consult.
• Managing a team of discipline Engineers to prepare the base design of 115kV substations
as per scope of work using Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard and SEC Engineering
Standard.
• Monitored the overall progress with coordination of procurement and construction
managers and reported to clients
• Led a team of project controls department and quantity surveyors to finalize the overall
project activities of their disciplines

Project Control Specialist
