CAD Dispatcher comments : 05/02/2014 02:32:36 - 2 subject broke all the windows out of his 43 s
Officer was dispatched to 20 S Brownell St. reference disorderly conduct. Upon arrival officer spoke to Douglas Kellough and Robert Finch both of
which were very intoxicated. Douglas advised Nicholas Mccabe and Shantel Thompson came to his house and busted in his front door. When Mr.
Douglas was asked if he saw Nicholas and Shantel break the front door he advised yes however later Mr. Douglas advised he was not in the house when
the incident took place but was told by Robert Finch who is staying at 20 S Brownell St and awoke to Nicholas and Shantel breaking in the door.
Officer spoke to Robert who was also very intoxicated. Robert advised he was asleep in another room and was awaken by a noise in the front room.
Robert advised he didn't see who broke the door only Shantel standing at the door and Nicholas walking S/B away from the house. Neither man would
advise why Nicholas or Shantel would have broken a storm door that was part glass and plexiglass held to the door with tape? Neither could advise.
Officer photographed the door and will attempt this investigation next work day when Mr. Douglas and Mr. Finch might be sober to speak to.
Officer is unable to locate Nicholas or Shantel at this time to find out their involvement.
Investigation continues.

Ofc was dispatched to the Best Western, 1250 N. Bridge St in ref to a Theft. Upon arrival, Ofc made contact with Gary Boothe. Boothe stated he
parked his brown 2001 Chevy Silverado(Ohio- PFE75) on the east parking parking lot of the Best Western last night and this morning he found that
somebody stole a Target Concrete Saw with a diamond tooth blade from the bed. The truck and saw are owned by Ideal Company Inc. Boothe stated he
didn't see anything else missing from truck. Ofc checked and there are no surveillance cameras on the parking lot. There was no evidence left behind.
There are no witnesses or suspects. The company insurance information is not available at this time.

Valero, 61 N Bridge St, identified as Amanda Rue. Rue advised while walking across N Bridge St in the crosswalk, she was almost struck by Chantelle
Bryan who was turning on Bridge from E Main St. Bryan began yelling and cursing at Rue and then followed her to the lot of 15 N Bridge St where she
got out of her vehicle and tried to fight Rue. Rue kept walking and left the area and Bryan went in an unknown direction.
Ofc was advised by Dispatch Bryan is the caller and was supposed to come to the LEC to file a report. As of this report, no contact has been made by
Bryan. Rue advised she wished nothing to be done and the matter to be over with. Ofc has nothing further.

Ofc contacted Elizabeth Southworth in the lobby of the LECin reference to a theft that occured at 160 Chillicothe Mall (TJ Maxx) on this date between
the hours of 1:30-3:00p.
Elizabeth stated she had placed her wallet on the counter near register #3 as she was checking out at approx 1:30p. Elizabeth stated she then exited the
store and had not realized she forgot her wallet at TJ Maxx until she arrived at a local restaurant. Elizabeth stated she returned to TJ Maxx at approx
3:00p and was informed by management that a wallet had been found on the counter near register #3.
Elizabeth stated she retrieved her lost wallet, but once she exited the store, she realized $420 cash was missing from inside the wallet. Elizabeth stated
she contacted store management but they informed her only LP could review the surveillance video.
Ofc contacted TJ Maxx management whom informed this Ofc that LP will return to the store on Monday and would contact this Ofc once the video has
been retrieved.

Narrative
Ohio Adult Parole officers Tom Dyke and Amanda Sutherland requested detective's assistance in apprehending at large parole violator David Loveless II,
who was also reportedly in violation of his sex offender registration requirements. Officers Dyke and Sutherland had reason to believe that Mr. Loveless
was meeting a subject at Sack N Save and shortly after arriving, Mr. Loveless was seen exiting the store and running west on East Main Street. Sergeant
Tim Gay and Officer Chris King were also in the area and Mr. Loveless was apprehended at the front of Horizon, 68 East Main Street. Officer King
transported Mr. Loveless to the jail to be held without bond on the parole holder.

Ofc dispatched to 308 E Fourth St reference a telephone harassment complaint. Upon arriving, Ofc contacted Chanda Gibbs who advised around
1130hrs this date, the father of her 2 y/o son, Erik Tyler, and her were involved in a verbal dispute over the telephone. Gibbs stated the conversation
about Tyler obtaining the child's SSN turned abusive so she put the phone on speaker-phone. In the room was Chase Seymour who heard Tyler on the
other end of the line. Gibbs stated Tyler became upset because she wouldn't give him the numbers due to fears he would open up a phone line account in
his name. Tyler then stated Gibbs wouldn't have "anything" and would "tear everything up". Ofc is familiar with Gibbs filing reports of property
damage, such as sliced tires, and suspects Tyler in doing the damage. Gibbs stated she is fearful that Tyler will follow through with his threats.
Ofc contacted Seymour who advised he heard the above threats. Written statement forms provided.
Ofc contacted Tyler via telephone who agreed to meet Ofc at 607 Liberty St. Without questioning, Tyler began stating Gibbs called him several
times this date and even made threats to have someone "kick his ass". Ofc asked if there were any witnesses and he stated no. Tyler adamantly denied
making any threats and advised he wouldn't call her or contact her again. Ofc advised him to contact legal aid to follow-up with custody rights of their 2
y/o son. Ofc advised Tyler he is barred from 308 E Fourth St and if caught on the property, he is subject to arrest for Criminal Trespass. Tyler advised
he understood and would comply. Tyler was also advised if he contacts Gibbs from this point on, he is subject to arrest for Telephone Harassment.
Tyler advised he understood and would comply with this as well.

Ofc contacted Cosidenia Anderson who stated her neighbors advised her that another neighbor (Virginia Keller) may have been looking to gain entry
into Ms. Anderson's house. Ms. Anderson advised she has 6 cameras on her home and only could see Ms. Keller walking through the front yard and
around to the side entrance with a key ring full of keys. Ms. Anderson stated the neighbor yelled at Ms. Keller, and Ms. Keller went back home. Ms.
Anderson stated she and Ms. Keller has been friends, but she was no longer going to give Ms. Keller any more assistance financially. Ms. Anderson
stated she would like Ms. Keller barred from her property.
Ofc contacted Ms. Keller who stated she was just going to see Ms. Anderson. Ms. Keller denied attempting to get into Ms. Anderson's home. Ms.
Keller stated she knew Ms. Anderson went to the veterinarian's office, and had been gone about an hour and a half before she went to see if she was back
home. Ms. Keller was advised she is now barred from 434 N High St and if she returned she would be arrested for criminal trespass. Ms. Keller stated
she understood. Ms. Keller requested that Ms. Anderson be advised she was sorry, and it was a misunderstanding. Ofc advised Ms. Anderson what
Ms. Keller requested. Ms. Anderson was not acceptive. All was quiet on Ofc departure.

Ofc was dispatched to the area of S. Sugar St near E. 4th St in ref to a Theft of railroad materials. While en route, Ofc was advised that the witness,
Patricia Trent was now following the suspects, who were in a dark colored car, bearing Ohio GCA6093. Ofc was further advised that the vehicle was
turning to Rumpke, 990 Eastern Ave. Ofc's arrived at the scene, as the suspects pulled onto the scales. Ofc's contacted the driver, David Tackett and
front seat passenger, Patrick Hardesty. David and Patrick were both advised of their Miranda warning and they stated they understood. David stated he
had borrowed the black 1998 Honda Civic from Sandy Ward, so that he could scrap some metal. He further advised while en route to Rumpke he
observed a piece of cut railroad track laying in the grass, near the sidewalk on S. Sugar St near E. 4th St. David stated there was no other track around it
and he figured it was just a piece of scrap. He advised he didn't trespass on railroad property and he believed it was just junk. While David was
explaining how he got the railroad track, he began to cry and appeared very upset, stating he has never stolen or done anything wrong in his life. He
further advised he would never steal or take anything that didn't belong to him. David further advised that Patrick didn't do anything wrong and he only
helped him carry the piece of track to the car. Patrick stated he was helping David pick up some scrap for extra money. Both provided Ofc with
written statements.
Ofc contact Patricia Trent. Patricia stated she lives at 124 S. Sugar St and while outside mowing her yard, she observed David and Patrick load the
railroad track into the Honda. She further advised she called the police and followed them to Rumpke. Patricia provided Ofc with a written statement.
Ofc advised David that the Honda was being towed and would be held for a period of ninety days, because it was used in the Theft of railroad
materials, as per the Ohio Revised Code. David stated he understood. The Honda was towed by Penwell's. Ofc also advised David and Patrick that
pending verification from Norfolk Southern, that Theft charges may be filed. David was issued traffic citation 20474, charging DUS and No OL and
given a court date of 5-12-2014 in the Chillicothe Municipal Court. Ofc then transported David and Patrick back to the scene and they showed Ofc
where they found the railroad track. Ofc observed and took photographs of the area. Ofc noted that there were indentations in the grass, where the track
had been laying. Ofc noted that no other railroad materials were laying in the area, which was on the sidewalk area, next to the road.
Ofc contacted Sandy Ward and advised her of this incident and where her vehicle was, and of the hold. She stated she understood. Ofc took
photographs of the Honda and railroad track. Investigation pending.

Ofc dispatched to Sears on a theft complaint.
Ofc contacted Adam Steele (employee) who stated he observed a W/M now known as James Coleman select a ratchet and two extensions (valued at
$51.45), and conceal them in the sleeve of his jacket. Mr. Steele stated Mr. Coleman passed all points of sale and exited the store without attempting to
pay for the items. Mr. Steele stopped Mr. Coleman and escorted him back into the Loss prevention office where the merchandise was recovered. Mr.
Steele provided a statement, video, and a receipt for the merchandise. Ofc photographed the items and returned them to Loss Prevention.
Ofc contacted James Coleman who was Mirandized. Mr. Coleman stated he understood. Ofc asked Mr. Coleman what he was doing at Sears today.
Mr. Coleman replied, "I was returning a screw driver and made a stupid decision." Ofc arrested Mr. Coleman for theft and transported him to the Ross
County Jail. Mr. Coleman was advised he is now barred from Sears and if he returned he would be arrested for Criminal Trespass. Mr. Coleman stated
he understood. Mr. Coleman was advised of his court date on 5/5/14 at 9:00 AM and left in the care of RCJ Staff. Nothing further.

Ofc. contacted Bonita Maynard and Brandon Maynard in the lobby of the Law Enforcement Complex in reference to a domestic dispute. Ms.
Maynard stated she has shared parenting of her daughter, Emzie Davis, with her former husband Jason Davis. Ms. Maynard said the custody agreement
states she can take custody of her daughter if the other parent is not present to care for her.
Ms. Maynard said she saw her daughter in the park annex and approached her, as she did not see Mr. Davis in the area. Mr. Davis then arrived in a
vehicle and came running toward Mr. and Ms. Maynard. Mr. Davis was yelling and causing a disturbance. Ms. Maynard said Mr. Davis was held back
by his mother, Becky Davis. Ms. Maynard stated no physical violence occurred, but Mr. Davis caused a disturbance. Emzie left in the care of her
father, Jason Davis.

Ofc responded to Walmart in reference to a theft.
LP associate Don Barton stated he witnessed Sondra Dyer roll up numerous clothing items and stuff them into her purse. Barton stated Dyer then
exited the store without attempting to pay for any of the clothing items. Barton attempted to stop Dyer but she refused to stop. Ofc arrived and took
custody of Dyer.
Ofc advised Dyer of her Miranda Rights, which she stated she understood and waived. Dyer admitted to stealing the numerous clothing items. Dyer
stated she has a problem and needs help.
Ofc recovered the stolen items from Dyer's purse, photographed them and returned them to Barton. Barton stated he witnessed much of the theft in
person and is not sure how much video evidence there is but he is going to provide a security DVD at a later date.
Dyer was taken to the RCJ where she was booked on one count of theft. Dyer was barred from Walmart.

Carl Vulgamore reported that his home was broken into sometime today between 10AM and 4PM. Carl stated the front and back doors were locked but
a window on the west side of the house was open. Carl stated there were no signs of forced entry. Carl stated a 12 gauge shotgun and a 45-70 rifle were
stolen. Carl did not have the serial numbers or makes of either gun. Carl stated he is going to try and call the store he bought the guns from. Carl stated
nothing else is missing.
No physical evidence was left behind.

CAD Dispatcher comments :05/02/2014 18:44:39 - VS Call: PL :FNE5754, ST: OH, Desc: SILVER CHEV
While on patrol Ofc observed a Silver Chevrolet Malibu (FNE5754) traveling E/B on E Second St near Mosher Alley when the driver abruptly turned
N/B into Mosher alley after seeing this Ofc. This Ofc ran the registration through LEADS where it showed the registered owner, which matched the
descriptors of the driver, to be driving under and In State Drug Offense Suspension. Ofc initiated a traffic stop and found the registered owner, driving
the vehicle.
Ofc contacted Robert Dearth III who was removed from the vehicle and detained in this Ofc's cruiser. During a vehicle inventory, Ofc located a back
pack style bag in the passenger seat containing a pill bottle with a green leafy substance that appeared to be marijuana. Ofc then Mirandized Mr. Dearth
who stated he understood. Mr. Dearth stated he was holding the marijuana for his girl friend. Ofc asked Mr. Dearth if there was anything else in the
vehicle. Mr. Dearth replied "no". Ofc continued looking in the vehicle and located a set of digital scales and more green leafy substance in a grocery bag,
along with baggies located in the driver's side floor board. Ofc photographed Marijuana, scales, and baggies and will place them in the evidence room.
Ofc completed a vehicle inventory sheet.
Ofc arrested Mr. Dearth for Driving under the In State Drug Offense suspension and transported him to the Ross County Jail where he was served
MM Citation 5234 charging Drug paraphernalia, MM Citation 5233 charging Possession of Marijuana. Mr. Dearth was issued his traffic citation and
left in the care of RCJ Staff. Nothing further at this time.

damage until this morning. Ervin stated it looked like someone had rode a bicycle over the hood of the car. The hood and front left fender were both
damaged. Ervin stated she is not wanting to pursue charges at this time and simply wanted the incident documented in case there are further issues.

Kmart LPO Steven Thompson stated he observed Zachary Paul and Alaina Hunter each select (1) Skylander brand puzzle toy from the merchandise
shelf, remove the items from the packaging, and place the items in Alaina's purse. Steven stated both subjects then exited the store passing all points of
sale with the merchandise still concealed in Alaina's purse.
Both subjects were contacted in the parking lot by LP and escorted back to the LP office where the items were retrieved. Ofc contacted both subjects
and informed them of their Miranda Rights which they both understood and waived. Both subjects then provided the same account as Steven.
Zachary and Alaina were both placed under arrest and transported to RCJ where they were both charged with Theft. Court Date: 5/5/14 at 9am for both
subjects. Both subjects were also barred from Kmart by LP.
All items were returned to LP in exchange for a sales receipt. Further evidence will be provided by LP once available. Nothing further.

yelling. A female who was with him tried to calm him down and get him to leave. After walking out the door, the man threw a metal water bottle at one
of the store's windows. Both left in an older model burgundy minivan bearing Ohio license plates EQN5534.
Ms. Colley stated she would like the man to be barred from the property if he can be identified. There was no damage to the store's window. The
vehicle is registered to Duffey Family Trust. Ofc. will attempt to contact the owner of the vehicle.

Ofc was dispatched to 1570 N Bridge St (Menard's) in ref to a Shoplifter in custody. Upon arrival, Ofc contacted LPO April Shoemaker, who
advised she observed the suspect, later identified as Robert Hooffstetter, on security video select a folding pocket knife valued at $36.99. Mr
Hooffstetter then took the knife to the bathtub aisle and used his own knife to cut open the package and in the process, cut his fingers on his left hand.
He then concealed the unpaid for knife in his pants pocket, and passed all points of sale without paying for it and exited the store. He was then stopped
by loss prevention and escorted back to the Loss Prevention office where they recovered the stolen knife and the Police were notified. Ofc obtained a
receipt for the knife and photographed it and left it with April in the LP office. April stated she would provide a statement and a copy of the security
video when they were ready and she wanted Robert barred from the property and charges filed.
Ofc contacted Robert Hooffstetter and he was advised of his Miranda warning and he understood and waved. Ofc asked him if he had a job, he said
yes. Ofc asked him if he had money with him, he said yes. Ofc asked him why he stole the knife, he said because he was depressed. Ofc advised him he
was barred from Menard's property and would be charged with Trespass if he returned and he said he understood. Ofc requested dispatch send a squad
to check the cuts on Roberts left fingers. The squad arrived, checked the cuts, and Robert refused transport. Ofc placed Robert under arrest for Petty
Theft and he was transported to RCJ. He will be held there in lieu of bond until his Muni court appearance on 5-5-14 at 9:00am. Ofc placed Roberts two
pocket knives in the contraband drawer for him to pick up later.

Ms.Shoemaker stated that he then walked around the store and then walked pass all cash registers and exited the store. Ms.Shoemaker stated once he
exited the store she stopped him and identified herself and escorted Mr.Cooper to the LPO Office.
Ofc. read Mr.Cooper his Miranda Rights which he stated he understood. Ofc. advised Mr.Cooper he was under arrest for Theft and BARRED from all
Menard's. Mr.Cooper stated he understood. Ofc. transported Mr.Cooper to The Ross County Jail where he was held until the next court date. Ofc.
returned the batteries back to Ms.Shoemaker, who advised she would forward a copy of her report and photos to this Ofc.

Ofc contacted the nursing staff at 100 S Paint St whom advised resident, David Howard, has consumed at least (2) bottles of liquor and a 40oz beer on
this date. The staff advised David is not permitted to bring alcohol into the group home and has violated several rules since he has became a resident.
The staff further advised David has made several threats during his intoxicated state to assault the staff and "take out" anyone whom attempts to make
him move from his chair.
Ofc contacted David whom had a strong odor of an intoxicating beverage on or about his person, had slurred incoherent speech, glassy blood-shot eyes,
and was unsteady on his feet. For the safety of David and of others, he was placed under arrest and transported to RCJ where he was issued MM
citation #7715 charging Disorderly Conduct Intoxication with Court Date: 5/12/14 at 9am.

CAD Dispatcher comments :05/04/2014 15:38:15 - subjects trespassing
Officers were dispatched to the area of 352 E Second St in reference to subjects possibly trespassing. Upon arrival Officer located Russell Hartley
and Johnie Coyle asleep in the back yard. Officer shook their leg and yelled to wake them up. Officer then noticed a strong odor of alcohol on or about
their person, responded to questions with a thick tongue slurred speech, they were unaware of their location and had glassy blood shot eyes. Officer had
to assist them to their feet and Officer found they were unsteady on their feet. Officer first arrested Johnie Coyle and then Officer arrested Russell
Hartley for Disorderly Conduct- Intoxication. Officer made contact with a resident at 248 E Second St, Michael Pence and he said she saw them passed
out there about an our ago (2:30 pm) and tried to wake them up to tell them to leave. The owner of 248, 250, 252 and 254 E Second St Gary Elkin pulled
up and contacted this Officer requesting to have Johnie and Russell barred.
Officer transported Johnie Coyle and Russell Hartley to the Ross County Jail where they will be held until they are sober. Officer issued Russell
MM Citation 5488 and Johnie was issued MM Citation 5489 for Disorderly Conduct- Intoxication. Officer advised Russell and Johnie their are now
barred from 348, 350, 352 and 354 E Second St and if they returned they could be arrested or cited for Criminal Trespass. Russell said he understood
and Johnie said "I need my medicine." Russell and Johnie will be advised by the jail of their court date on 5/12/2014 at 9 am. Nothing further needed.

Ofc contacted Mandy Lewis who stated a co worker (Jeffrey Sims) has been stalking her and called her 37 times on this date. Ms. Lewis stated Mr.
Sims followed her around this morning as she was yard selling throughout the neighborhood. Ms. Lewis stated Mr. Sims showed up at her house this
evening and was yelling on the front porch, when she asked him to leave. Ms. Lewis stated the two have never dated and only been friends. Ms. Lewis
requested Mr. Sims be barred from her property at 777 Washington Av. Ms. Lewis stated she was written up at work on this past Friday on an incident
involving Mr. Sims.
Ofc attempted to contact Mr. Sims, but he did not have voice mail, and did not answer at this time. Ofc will attempt to contact Mr. Sims at a later

Ofc contacted Anthony Pummel in reference to him and his girlfriend having a problem with Anthony's brother, Christopher Pummel. Anthony and
Jessica Oakes stated they were at Anthony's parents house when Christopher pulled up in front of the home. Anthony and Jessica stated that
Christopher began yelling obscenities at them before telling them both, "if you come on my street again, I'm beating your fucking ass". Anthony and
Jessica stated that Christopher then sped off.
Ofc contacted the sister of Anthony and Christopher, Marcia Pummel. Marcia provided the same account as Anthony and Jessica.
Jessica then explained that she had a CPO protecting her from Christopher. Jessica stated Christopher assaulted her in the past and she believed his
statements that he would do it again.
Ofc confirmed there is still a valid CPO protecting Jessica from Christopher. The CPO was issued by Judge Nusbaum and the case number is 12 CI
337. Ofc obtained a copy of the CPO from the RCSO.
Ofc attempted to contact Christopher at this home but had negative contact. Ofc will be requesting a warrant for Christopher's arrest.
Ofc obtained written statements from Anthony, Jessica and Marcia. The incident took place at the home of Anthony, Christopher and Marcia's
parents.
The investigation is ongoing.

Ofc responded to 315 Douglas Ave in reference to a dog bite complaint.
Upon arrival Ofc contacted Christina Ramsey who stated her 7yoa daughter, Nichole Keaton, was playing in the back yard of their address when she
reached over a chain link property fence and attempted to pet their neighbors dog at 313 Douglas Ave. Christina stated as she reached for the dog over
the fence, the brendel colored, 16 month old, 110 lb, male, Akita breed dog, bit her right hand causing (2) minor lacerations to her ring finger.
Christina stated she transported her daughter to ARMC where she was treated for minor injuries and released. Christina stated she was advised by
ARMC to file a report with this department in reference to this incident. Ofc contacted dog owner, Jacklynn Fisher who stated her dog was contained
within their back yard the entire time during the incident. Jacklynn stated Nichole had reached over their fence to pet her dog when the incident occurred.
Jacklynn provided proof of a Rabies Vaccination that was administered to the dog on 5/2/2014. Jacklynn also presented proof of the dog being registered
in Ross County (tag #17868).
Jacklynn signed, understood, and received a copy of the Ross County Health District quarantine form that Ofc will forward to the RCHD. Nothing
further.

CAD Dispatcher comments :05/04/2014 14:54:09 - theft of a ring from sinfully tan tanning salon in central center caller went home
Ofc. was contacted Kristen Woodard at 280 Elm Street in reference to a theft that occurred at Sinfully Tan (643 Central Center). Ms. Woodard stated
she entered room ten at Sinfully Tan at about 1:11 PM. Ms. Woodard placed her wedding and engagement rings on a table next to the tanning bed. Ms.
Woodard left the business at about 1:19 PM and left her rings on the table in room ten. Ms. Woodard returned at about 1:50 PM to look for the rings.
When she arrived, another woman (Kierra Dixon) was leaving room ten. Ms. Woodard found her wedding band in room ten, but not where she had
placed it. She was unable to find her engagement ring.
Ofc. then contacted Lauren Thomas, employee at Sinfully Tan. Ms. Thomas stated Ms. Woodard left room ten at 1:19 PM and Kierra Dixon had
entered the room at 1:37 PM. Ms. Thomas said Ms. Dixon left at about 1:52 PM and had several rings with her. Ms. Thomas and Ms. Woodard asked
Ms. Dixon about the missing ring. Ms. Dixon denied seeing any rings in room ten. Ms. Thomas provided ofc. with contact information for Ms. Dixon.
Ms. Thomas completed a written statement. There are cameras inside the business but they may not cover the doorway to room ten.
Ofc. attempted to contact Ms. Dixon at the number provided. A male answered the phone and told ofc. it was the wrong number. Ofc. will continue
attempting to contact Ms. Dixon.

Ofc. was dispatched to 218 N High Street in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, ofc. contacted Megan Elliott and Shane Meriman. Both stated
they helping a neighbor who was locked out of her house when Shane Cydrus ran into the street and began yelling at them. Mr. Cydrus said he better
not hear his name out of Ms. Elliot's mouth again or he would "take care of" Mr. Meriman. Mr. Cydrus then quickly left the area.

CAD Dispatcher comments :05/04/2014 22:05:25 - THEFT OF KITTEN FROM PORCH AND HE HAS INFO ON SUSPECTS
Ofc. was dispatched to 348 Clay Street in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, ofc. contacted Timothy Brooks. Mr. Brooks stated sometime last night, a
juvenile came onto his porch and stole a kitten from an enclosed area near his front door. Mr. Brooks has CCTV video of the incident and posted images
on Facebook. Mr. Brooks said multiple people have identified the juvenile as Martavious Cooper. Jordan Miller was with Martavious, but did not go
onto Mr. Brooks property and had no involvement in the theft. Mr. Brooks provided ofc. with a copy of the video and stated he would like for charges
to be filed.
Ofc. will review the video and attempt to contact Martavious on the next work day.

Ofc responded to 153 S Walnut St in reference to subjects fighting.
Upon arrival Ofc contacted Jennifer Murta in front of her residence at 153 S Walnut St. Jennifer stated her husband, Michael Murta, is intoxicated inside
their residence and he won't permit her to take their children elsewhere. Jennifer stated she and Michael got into an altercation at their child's baseball
game in Ross County over Michael demanding he drive their vehicle home while being intoxicated. Jennifer stated Michael had consumed at least (2)
Buzzball brand intoxicating beverages and (6) intoxicating mixed drink beverages on this date.
Jennifer stated she attempted to take the vehicle keys from Michael during the verbal altercation and claims she was shoved to the ground by Michael.
Jennifer stated after the altercation, she and her children left the area and returned to their residence on 153 S Walnut St without Michael. Jennifer stated
when she arrived home, her father, James Alexander, was at the residence to transport she and her children to his home. Jennifer stated as they were
leaving, Michael arrived home and James began shouting at Michael for shoving his daughter. Jennifer stated during the altercation James shoved Michael
backwards causing Michael to shove James back and up against James' vehicle. Jennifer stated she was not harmed during the altercation and continued
requesting Michael not be arrested.
Ofc contacted James Alexander and his daughter, Andrea Bailes, in front of 153 S Walnut St. James and Andrea both stated they arrived at Jennifer's
residence to pick up Jennifer and her children due to the altercation that occurred in the county. James stated once Michael arrived on scene, he began
shouting at Michael for shoving his daughter. James stated he told Michael "If you touch her again, you will see what I'll do!" James stated at that time
Michael shoved Jennifer on the arm causing her to stumble. James stated at that time he shoved Michael causing Michael to react by grabbing James by
the neck and shoving him backwards. James stated he was not injured during the incident. Andrea provided the same account. Jennifer denied being
shoved my Michael during that altercation.
Ofc contacted neighbor, John Rouleou, whom stated he only witnessed the altercation between James and Michael.
Ofc contacted Michael within the residence whom had a strong odor of an intoxicating beverage on or about his person, had glassy blood-shot eyes, and
flushed skin. Michael admitted to consuming (6) intoxicating beverages but denied shoving Jennifer to the ground. Michael did admit to grabbing James
by the throat and shoving him backwards against his vehicle but only after James attacked him first. Michael denied ever shoving Jennifer at their
residence and claims he tapped Jennifer's arm due to James' verbal threats.
For the safety of Jennifer and of others, Michael was placed under arrest and transported to RCJ where he was issued citation #7717 charging Disorderly
Conduct Intoxication with Court Date: 5/12/2014 at 9am.
RCSO was informed of the incident that occurred in the county and a deputy was dispatched on scene to further investigate.

Officer was dispatched to 504 East Water Street in reference to a criminal mischief to a 96 Chevy Blazer. Upon arrival Officer contacted Tracy Bane who
stated some time over the last 24 hours some one keyed her white Blazer. The vehicle was parked in the rear of the property off the street. She explained
to Officer that the vehicle had been keyed before around a year ago and that the new keyed marks were on the hood and trunk. Officer saw the vehicle
had been keyed every where and believes the hood and trunk area was old damage. Tracy advised the vehicle was not insured and is currently broke
down.

CAD Dispatcher comments :05/04/2014 14:52:52 - cold code 12 happened sometime last night someone broke in and stole his medicine
Officer was dispatched to 189 East 4th Street apartment 2 in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival Officer spoke with renter Mike Ward who stated he
left his apartment last night around 6pm to go fishing on the Scioto River off of Main Street and when he returned around noon today found that his lock
box that was hidden under his bed was missing. He advised no damage was noticed and Officer looked at his front door which had no damage. He stated
every once in a while the dead bolt does not lock but he is unsure if that was the case this time or not.
Mr. Ward stated the lock box had his blood pressure medication, Citalopram HBR, Gabapentino, AmHodipine, Atoruastation, and Oxycodone.
Officer went across the street and spoke with Randy Lynch who stated he was home last night but did not see anything.
Mr. Ward has Medicare Insurance.
