FOREWORD

Sibonga lntuthuko Construction cc is a 100% black owned company established in 1999 to offer
services in various sectors such as Transportation Industry, Construction Industry, Bulk Water and
Sanitation, Waste Management and Cleaning.

Sibonga Intuthuko Construction cc was founded by Mr. Lawrence Banda. The business operate
across a broad range of discipline such as general building construction/maintenance and
renovation; roads, bridges and bulk earth works; heavy civil engineering construction; pipe
networks and pumping stations; boreholes; supply & installation of pumps and refurbishment;
electrical infrastructure; mechanical infrastructure; water reticulation; sewer reticulation and sewer
plant root control; project management, and etc.

The company integrates safety into all aspects of its services. It also acknowledge the need of
service delivery with an aim to provide jobs to people of the country.

The companys mission is to be the most productive workforce that guarantees the best service,
taking pride in the value of the solution it provides. Its ongoing staff training programs will ensure

lntuthuko Construction provides the project owner and architect with the
control of the project's schedule, budget and quality. This is accomplished
with studies, expect advice in plumbing means and methods.

Sibonga lntuthuko Construction believes the identification of team goals to
