and assigns, from any and all manner of action or actions, causes of actions, suits, claims and-or
demands incident to or by reason of, or arising out of or in connection with my employment
and-or termination of my employment with the said )ompany. That I have not authori/ed and
will not authori/e any party or person to file a case in my behalf before any court of law, the
0epartment of ,abor or any of the government agency-instrumentality regarding any matter
incident to, arising out of or in connection with my employment and-or termination thereof.
I further agree to release and forever discharge the principal of PRO TEMPO
PROMOTIONS AND MARKETING CORPORATION, the latter1s stoc'holders, directors,
officers, employees, agents, assigns and successors2in2interest from any and all claims, liabilities,
actions, sums of money, causes of action, damages and demands, e3isting or contingent, arising
out of directly or indirectly, or in connections with the services I have rendered as a contractual
