Traffic Bowls 2014

The Joint District Meeting will host two separate Student Traffic Bowls, which will be held simultaneously on Monday June 30th at 3:00 p.m. to determine the representative district teams that then proceed to the International Traffic Bowl at the ITE International Meeting in Seattle. No advanced registration is necessary for Western District teams, as the first round will be a paper-based, timed competition to determine the nine teams to move on to the next round. (Note: Midwestern District teams do have a registration process. Click here to learn more.) Watch this great video to get you ready for the Traffic Bowl -The Road to Seattle Runs Through Rapid City! Also, there will be a Joint District Traffic Bowl competition that is open to all professionals, spouses, guests, etc. Teams will form at the conference! Watch for details to come!

Students are divided into teams at the event to work on a surprise design challenge for cash prizes. Registered students will be notified prior to the event where it will be held. This is a great way to meet students from other chapters before the conference begins. For more information, contact WesternITEs Student Initiatives Chair Danielle Scharf.
