should they ha"e done differently?

#nswer: At first I will explain it as an unfair dismissal. Because they didnt give any prior notice to George before dismissal. It is a wrongful dismissal in which an employees contract of employment has been terminated by the employer. So Obelis s approach is not considered to give any rating system. It is an opposite of human rights. So I dont give any rate for Obelis s approach. If they wished they had ta en the following decision! "# $hey should restructure their policy to run their Obelis ban successfully. %# $hey should create employment opportunity for the employee of Obelis Ban to the large ban where large ban ta eover the Obelis Ban from another state. &# $hey had to confirm that large firm would buy their ban which was a rumor to their employee. '# $hey could explain their problem and share their financial position that there is no possibility to run the company successfully. So they should advise their employees to switch in another ban within few months. (# $hey could give a )otice about the dismissal process before the final decision.

$ummary: George was a ban er. $o get a good *ob he completed + years in public accounting and also gained ,-A degree. .e *oined Obelis Ban as an assistant controller. At the primary career level he saw that the career advancement was so much progressed nicely. But in the mid career the progress was slow due to the lac ing of /BA degree. In this case the younger colleagues had progressed within ' years. 0ventually1 he also entered the graduate college to achieve /BA degree. $hen he thought about his family that his family life was good. .e had two daughters that one daughter attended the graduated school and another daughter attended in college. .is wife wor ed in a shop. $hen he thought that he was happy. One day George had gone to office li e other days. But that day he received a dismissal letter from the /anagement. $he obelis ban was ta en over by the large ban which was rumor to the employees. .e was so shoc ed and frustrated about dismissal. It was blind2sided dismissal where he personally believed the ban s senior management would ta e whatever steps were necessary to eep the ban from being ac3uired. Obelis too a step to reduce a cost by dismissal approach bluntly. $hat times the ban give two option to George in the cases of dismissal. $he ban either would credit him with an additional & years of service or it would give him a severance pac age of " years + month of medical coverage. 4hen he entered the house that time he felt that there were various options to form his career. But he thought that Obelis Ban is better than other option. 5or this reason1 he offered a security from Obelis Ban . But in the late career he was frustrated from Obelis Ban . .e thought that his decision was wrong. .e might be secured of others option. .e felt that he gave less time in his family life. .e was too busy in the office in the late night. .e felt that he was wrong. .e never balances in family life with his career life.
