PROBLEMS: DOING AND ACHIEVING Each country has a different culture, so co-operation among countries in working always exist some problems contrast about culture and people. Co-operation between Japan and Vietnam is the same. Behind, thinking and knowing of Japanese is different with Vietnamese. Japanese is different with Vietnamese about how to do and how to achieve success in working. Japan is always a developing country about many fields such as culture, economy and arts. After earthquakes, tsunamis, Japans economy has powerful developed, which is not due to the lucky god or random. To creative the good results, people are an important part in contribution this success with new ideas and new invents of Japanese. All of it derived from Japans culture. For Japanese, they can hard-working all day and effort working by all of their ability because of the developing company, which is seen the social standard and it is derived from culture of Japanese. Japanese are passionate work because they claimed that it can break out the normal things in their life, and it is the best orientation to the perfection. Besides, the different working environment of other foreign countries, Japanese is equipped the best research environment, it is undeniable that it is called professional working environment, so that they could concentrate studying, so Japanese is always known by the creative ability in any jobs. They always made foreigners feel heavy because the number of working is too large; the intensity is too high, too stressful and they always work follow the framework. Thank to these things and the best creative environment, Japanese has created many successful achievements and these achievements are also praised with the reward for these

ideas. In addition, team work and individual of Japanese are also governments supporting and it is developed and created, so Japan is always seen where a place is working effectively. (Vn Ha Lm Vic ca ngi Nht Bn) For Vietnamese, they also hard working, but some people is still not effort by all of their ability and they work with a spirit, it is likely that they only work a complete way, they do not care the effective and the results of working. Difference from working style of Japanese is initiative; Vietnamese usually work by passive style. Foreigners appreciate Vietnamese who is ingenious and creative but Vietnamese is not patience. They are also intelligent and have the ability to quickly acquire, but they do not learn from head to tail, therefore, Vietnams knowledge doesnt form a system. Moreover, nowadays, the Vietnameses spirit in team work is bad, in the 21 centuries, social life, literature and art fields need work together because an individual is hard working completely and the amount of working is large. In addition, Japanese always used times a maximum way; they always come on time in the meeting because on time express deference. In contrast, Vietnamese always used time a waste way. Furthermore, Japanese people claim that success is the effort of group, they always emphasis team work value therefore, when team working, Japanese is always listen and respect their partners. However, Vietnamese like expressing their ego, they like expressing their perspective. Even, some people dont listen their partners perspective. Therefore, between Japan and Vietnam has existed reflecting in working together, Japans culture is impacted on Vietnams culture. Besides, co-operation between Vietnam and Japan, for the U.S, when Japanese cooperate with the U.S which is influence on culture both the U.S and Japan. For example, the English become normal in the world while Japanese also require using their language in working.

Therefore, a problem is given when Japanese co-operate with the U.S that what language should be used when? Japanese or English? Both?; How to ensure that meetings and

Author showed that Japanese people have used Japanese in everywhere and it is likely that other languages in the world dont exist; the chance of Japanese people use English is less. (Seeroi, 2012) Therefore, in business, cooperation between Japan and the U.S has incurred a problem about language. Japanese people hardly understand in working together with the American and the American also hardly understands Japanese. The language barrier is lead to practice jobs among partners non-effective. Dennis Lauries, who is author of Japanese management practice book, said that the Japanese have expanded operations in the United States; they have become less likely to impose their management styles in the workplace, in part, because of the potential for friction with American workers (Lee, 1992)
