A Spelling Based CAPTCHA System by Using Click

Objective In this proposed scheme, named Click spell, combined the features of textbased and image-based CAPTCHAs for better security against virus programs Abstract In this system a spelling based CAPTCHA system, named Click spell The proposed scheme, Click spell, not only tries to improve both security and usability of CAPTCHA, but also aims to expand the applicability of CAPTCHA Click spell attempt to achieve the follo!ing goals" #$ %ecurity" To resist the attack of malicious programs &$ 'sability" To increase the rate of passing the test ($ )xtensibility" To provide a dictionary function for users to learn about the meaning and the spelling of !ords In addition, an advertisement can be placed on the top of CAPTCHA images The main idea of Click spell is randomly choosing a !ord from the dictionary and asking user to spell it by clicking the letter by letter in order The letters of the chosen !ord are properly distorted and randomly located in the CAPTCHA image In addition, for educational purpose, the meaning of the chosen !ord !ill be sho!n above the CAPTCHA image 'ser could read the detailed definition and examples of the !ord by simply clicking the explanation area to pop-up the !indo!
