S M A R T
Your goals should be SPECIFIC. Include dates, resources, and dollar amounts you'll need to accomplish them. They should be MEASUREABLE by the date, the amount (increase %), or another appropriate unit. Your goals should be ATTAINABLE for your situation. You might even be able to complete part of your goal right now. If your goals are REALISTIC and RELEVANT to your life, they'll be easier to achieve. You'll need a specific TIMELINE to accomplish your goals. Prioritize and create a strategy.
Example: I will increase my GPA by .3 points by the end of the semester by studying at least 2 more hours a week, hiring a tutor, and visiting my teacher's office hours.

3. Write a vision statement based on the photo that you selected and the values you have identified. This should be something that guides you in all of your interactions and decisions for the future.
