MODULAR AMPHIBIOUS PUMPS

HIGRA'S MODULAR AMPHIBIOUS PUMPS are designed to meet new pumping conceptions in a large variaty of industries, sewage and irrigation. They are capable to work submersed, out of the water or in the tubing as a booster system. For operating with a submersible motor HIGRA PUMPS are silent. They also demand low cost investments for the lifting process. Flow Rate: 440 to 11,007 GPM (100 2500 m/h) 3 Pressure: 3 to 150 mca (4 2,134 PSI)

SUBMERSIBLE AERATORS FOR AQUACULTURE

HIGRA's SUBMERSIBLE AERATORS are an excellent alternative to oxygenate shrimp and fish culture lakes. With low energy consuption and high efficiency, these aerators generate up to 1.2 Kg of oxygen per Kwh. Available in ASPIRATING and IMPELLER styles, these equipment make a higher density of shrimps per m of water possible. Power: 2 HP

TORNADO LINE
This new concept of Submersible Aerator is designed to meet the most demanding environmental protection requirements in terms of efficiency and low energy consuption in the effluent treatment process. With an axial rotor coupled to a submersible motor, the rotor geometry is carefully calculated to displace a high volume of fluid. It is capabale to operate with the presence of solids and enlongated fibers, like applications in tanneries, pulp and paper industry, municipal effluentes, etc. Its unique and innovative design eliminates problems with stoppage. The rotor receives a high quantity of atmospheric air through a flexible tube and the high speed changes the air into small air bubbles that disperse in a tornado shape in an extensive area of the pond. This process results an excellent effluent mix associated to a high oxygen transfer rate.

ASTA LINE SMALL SCALE TREATMENTS

This type of aerator has been designed to meet applications at small companies, joint ownerships, wash-houses and others. Light and small in size, it generates high oxygen transfer and excellent mix due to its ejector nozzle. Models: ASTA-2 & ASTA-3

THS-V LINE
HIGRA's VERTICAL SUBMERSIBLE TURBO MIXER is a blender/oxigenator designed to work on deep ponds that demand aeration or mix only, preventing decantation from happening. This equipment promotes aeration through the injection of liquid oxygen, which is connected to a flow tube that controls the direction. THS LINE
Under the same manufacturing technology, HIGRA's SUBMERSIBLE TURBO MIXERS complete the line of equipment for effluent treatment. This skid mounted mixer operates on the bottom of the pond or lake, promoting the total fluid mixture. The THS works in horizontal position and has an axial rotor, that pumps and mixes the fluid as it passes through the ejector diffuser, preventing decantation from happening.
