FULL-TIME PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Property
Administrator to join our team based in Newport. The role will
involve processing property/estate agents advertisement bookings,
resolving customer queries and delivering excellent customer service
over the telephone. The hours of work are Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
The successful applicant will have experience in a sales administration
role and be a condent and effective communicator as you will
need to build solid relationships with customers and head ofce
contacts. You must have excellent organisational and IT skills (Excel,
PowerPoint and Word), and be completely numerate as you will
need to produce and analyse reports. You will have a keen eye for
detail and work to specic deadlines. The persistence to see a job
through to conclusion is essential. An analytical approach to sales
and an interest and knowledge in marketing would be benecial.
A clean drivers licence is required
