Your Song fundraising concert production of Les Mis! This letter contains important information for both new and returning families. Enclosed is a release of liability form, which must be signed and returned by the first day of rehearsal with your production fee in order for you/your child to participate. Please read this ENTIRE letter. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: LATE POLICY Please do not pick up your child late. You will be assessed a $15 late charge for EVERY 15 minutes that you are late picking up your child. If you are going to be late, please be sure to call Siobhans voice mail (858) 481-2155 x 216. Please note you will still be charged a late fee. TIMES: Rehearsal times are as scheduled. LOCATION: Rehearsals are located at North Coast Repertory Theatre 987 Lomas Santa Fe Drive, Solana Beach, CA 92075. All classes are scheduled to be held in the Theatre School Rehearsal Space next to the Postal Annex. REFUNDS: All fees are non-refundable. ABOUT OUR PROGRAM Our program is process oriented. This means the classes are geared toward learning the craft of theatre arts while expanding students imaginations. Our directors and staff are all working professionals and will be focused on teaching our actors the tools they will need to be successful. WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear comfortable clothing that you can fully move in, and wear closed toe shoes (no flip flops). WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a bottle of water, pen/pencil and a 3 ring binder to hold your script. We have a 3 hole punch here. We will be e-mailing a copy of the script and if you are able to print one out it would help us greatly! Again, we welcome you to The Theatre School @ North Coast Repertory.
