Poem:

The one who becomes the source of you coming into the world, You do not care but gives her hurdles, She is present around you in many faces. The one who guides you in all the phases. She goes through the unlimited struggles. Never complains about the pain she bears. The world talks about providing her justice. While she is coping up with all the injustice. She is being underestimated at every corner, While she is strong enough to run the masses, She is the power, she is tough, She is sharp and lenient. Judgments, conclusion ,and wrongs, These are not the reasons for her to stop! Being a Woman is the pride, Live in this world with your head high!

Short Story:

Woman is the one who gives birth and becomes the reason for you to come in to this world. Otherwise, how could you be coming into this world? You would never! It is certainly not an easy thing to do but unfortunately, many of the societies are still illiterate with this concept. They considers woman as the second grade citizen and gives her that unequal treatment. The sad thing here is that; own family of the woman treats her in that way often. Whereas, the woman is always standing high and steady for them to rescue them from every hurdle. She comes as the daughter, wife, mother, sister, friend, fellow and guides you in every way but the man is usually busy in giving her obstacles everywhere. The society is

the male dominated society and we can never deny or ignore the rules that he had made for the women only. Women obey every rule and yet stand still for her family and to play her part. Nevertheless, she goes through every hard slog on her own and even sometimes, tolerate the bad behavior of her folks as well. She never complains and never leaves them. No matter how hard hearted is she, she never compromises on her loved ones and do every possible thing to make them comfortable and happy. Even when she hates you, she makes thing hard for you but when it comes to grant forgiveness, she forgives you as well which is solely because she is gifted with the kind heart. She even embraces the sacrifice of her happiness for the happiness of her family. In the third world countries and also in the developed countries, this thing is very common that women face injustice. Though, there are many laws and guidelines have been prepared for the sake of her justice. Every year, many resolutions are being passed for her empowerment but the real implementation is still a long way to go. There are strategies for: women development, schemes for women, political participation of the women, Literacy of females, etc.

Despite of all such work for her, she is still facing the injustice and discrimination at every corner. Discrimination is a common thing for any woman even it is at home, at work or at study place. Women and men both have created this social culture then why do we consider one as an unequal one than the other one? Woman has all the capabilities and power to run this world and they have proved themselves as well. Many of the women are on the CEO posts, government level posts, writers, activists, etc who are as struggling as any man. They are working hard to prove themselves. She is full of intelligence but still she has that soft corner in her heart too. She can be a hard hitting to the bad ones and can be merciful for the good ones. It does not matter that what do you judge or say about her, she is not affected by any conclusion of yours. None of the negative reason is going to stop her in any way. She believes in herself if she has to survive in this world. An ideal woman will never take pity on herself and will never consider her wrong. Being a woman is a proud thing. The roles that she plays are only possible to be played by a woman and a man can never perform with such perfection as the woman does. Therefore, every woman should live with absolute dignity and poise that she is the woman and she can do anything she wants. No matter how complicated the life gets, she has to live by fighting against all the odds and has to prove herself.

iiiRhetorical Analysis: - While comparing the two entirely different genres, it is really hard to distinguish that which one is more authentic. The poetry format is all different and creative sort of genre which requires

the writer to appear bit sensitive and fluent with the words he chooses. The flow of stanzas is another essential factor. While talking about the short story format, the short story provides you with the relaxation that you can write as much as you want. In it, you can elaborate things, sentences, and cite the references as well. The short story is not bound by the number of words and you can make it more and more interesting by adding as many words as you wants. But you have to be careful with not writing something useless. Therefore, you can really not distinguish between the authenticities of any format. Both are authentic at its place if you do it smartly.

No the message does not change. It just only gets explanatory by the number of words. In poem, you have to explain it smartly by using specific wordings and in the short story; you have the chance to explain the story in detailed wordings. The short story is the genre where the reader gets to know everything without extra explanation.

The ethos, pathos and logos changes as the genre changes. The use of language, citation, logics, everything transforms once the genre of the writing changes. Of course, you get more in depth when talking to your readers through short story and in the poem; you have selected but well mean wordings. As far as the Kairos is concerned, in the poem, you deliberately have to use the words which are the Kairos so that they reader will get the meaning by reading that certain word. In poem, you have limited words that you will use to clarify your idea. In short story, you hardly use any Kairos as there is a room to use the easy and explanatory words. When there is the chance of using detailed words then it is hardly possible that the write will use any Kairos.
