Dear Mr. Scott:
My organization is pleased to present this grant proposal for your review. We look forward to working with
you and providing a better opportunity for Stand in One Peace to expand and to teach the nation about
peace and terrorism. Our goal is to expand to five different cities by the end of this year and with your
assistance, this goal is definitely attainable.
Our mission at Stand In One Peace, Inc. is to promote peace and tolerance worldwide as well as providing
aid to those that have fallen victim to terrorist attacks. By making the world aware of the injustice, we can
help make it a better place for the future generations. We built our corporation on the basis of education
being one of the key components for the organization.
For years, our nation has been in a battle for peace and justice for all. America has been looked at as the
land of the free and the land of opportunity for millions of people. For a long time, we were looked at as a
place that a family or a person born into poverty, cruelty, injustice, and violence could come and make their
dream a reality. I was born to immigrant parents who came to the United States for a better tomorrow for
themselves and their soon to be family. Over the years, I have heard them say that they are truly grateful
for the opportunity they received to come to this country. I think that this is what truly makes the United
States such a beautiful nation. It is so diverse and full of those willing to work hard and make their todays
better for their future tomorrows.
However, now as our population continues to grow at an exponential rate, the number of immigrants that
enter the country are under a lot of scrutiny, especially those of Muslim or Arab descent. After the
September 11th attacks that happened, our guard is up when it comes to terrorism. While its important to
want to defend a country that we all love and adore, Its important to also remember that we shouldnt judge
or discriminate against those that happen to look like the terrorist that attacked on 9/11. Sadly, terrorism is

not a new concept to this country and attacks didnt happen only by immigrants or foreigners, but also but
natural-born citizens of the United States.
Stand In One Peace was started with the mission in mind to promote peace nationally and internationally
and to help provide training and knowledge in regards to terrorism and how to prevent, protect, and
overcome the effects of terrorism. Through various projects we have set up in the community, we have been
able to reach out to over 3 million people in the past five years. While we are proud of this fleet however, we
know that we can and will do better. We have a few more projects that we would like to be able to launch by
the end of our 2nd quarter and have up and running entering our 3rd quarter in time to enter our reports for the
year.

These are just a few of the projects that we are planning on launching very soon. We are very proud of the
work that we have done and we cant wait to do more. With your partnership, we will be able to reach more
people than ever. Enclosed in this proposal are our goals for this year as well as the budget and how we
intent to reach these goals. We thank you for taking the time to review our proposal. We will be awaiting
your response.

We believe that the fight against terrorism is something that needs to be addressed and that if the world can
learn to love more, live in peace and tranquility and through knowledge that we can make this world a better
place. We think that this is a fight that has been going on for far too long and it is long overdue for us to
take a stand. We must all become freedom fighter and take a stand against the cruelty and the injustice of
mankind. We are so proud of the progress that we are making.
