Seeking a full time position and to serve for the company as best as I can with all my knowledge, skills,

Have basic knowledge about engineering fields in term of subjects undertaken such as Thermodynamic,
Mechanic of Fluid, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly, AutoCAD
and Unigraphics, Plastic Molding Technologies, Project Management & Maintenance Engineering,
Manufacturing Process & Tool Design, Mechanical Component Design, Quality Control and Metrology. Have
the skills to handle mechanical tools as well. I’m also reliable, hard working and good with people. Accept

 1. Deal with customer
• Involved the new project introduction, closely discuss with customer regarding all the project
requirement such as part design, mold design, material, machine tonnage, flow of the process, part
quotation, mold quotation, secondary process (degate, assemble, ultrasonic etc), jigs, fixture and etc.
• Also involved the design change (modify the design part, modify the design mold) as request by
customer.
• Make sure all requirements by customer to be fulfilled as soon as possible (ex: customer request
samples, part quotation, mold quotation, qualification package, etc).
• More to management such as to planning flow of process from start tooling concept until part qualify by
customer.
• To make sure the project to be done successful, all the related department must be cooperate and as Sale
Engineer (Project Leader) need to handle and follow up the progress time to time.

2. Prepared Documentation
• Prepared Product Database and Bill of Material (BOM) into the ERP system.
• Call a meeting for New Project Introduction (NPI). Discuss about new part included capability of
machine, forecast, material, complexity of part etc.
• Conduct the meeting such as urgent shipment and publish all the information get from customer to the
related department (quality issue, measurement method, work instruction standard etc).

3. Conduct Trial Run

• Arrange the trial run for new mold which include Trial Run Notice, prepared the material, machine and
make sure mold completed before test mold.
• Confirmation of part quality during test mold and follow up QA for check critical dimension and
cosmetic issue.
• After test mold done, discuss with tooling shop and technical center department for improvements if
mold have problems.
• Make sure all problems can solve to reduce no. of trial run.

4. Secondary process
• Also involved in secondary process such as degating process, ultrasonic process, assemble the lens etc.
• Follow up to make sure process can be done on time.
5. Quality Improvement.
• Coordinate improvement plan process with production engineer by using 8D format which including
containment action, root cause identification, preventive and corrective action.
