MANAGEMENT Udit Chauhan Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Chauhan founded Micronz after extensive study in the science of beneficial microorganisms. As part of his postgraduate studies in microbiology at the Sardar Bhagwan Singh (Pg) Institute of Biomedical Sciences & ResearchDehradun he conducted primary research on microbial interactions & production of various anti fungal-anti biotics under the guidance of Prof. Dr. G.R.S Bisht. Mr. Chauhan best describes as a compassionate humanitarian with social responsibility to work for environmental sustainability with innovation. Virendra Rawat Managing Director (MD) Mr. Rawat is into commercial operation, business development, sales and marketing manages all interactions between Micronz's and its customers ensuring each maximizes the value of their investment. Virendra Rawat is an executive with 6 years of experience in marketing, communications and technology. At Micronz, he is responsible for leading all marketing functions including marketing strategy, lead generation, brand initiatives, product positioning, marketing measurement, campaigns, advertisement, events and analysts relations. Vikash Kumar Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mr. Vikash steers the operations as a Chief operating officer of the company and works closely with the production team to ensure quality and continually raise the bar of quality outcomes. He is Micronz's customer advocate throughout all aspects of the customer lifecycle. He attended Sardar Bhagwan Singh (PG) Institute of Biomedical Sciences & Research in Dehradun, receiving a Master's of Science in Microbiology. He is accountable for all sorts of operations, research and development, ensuring better outcome of quality production. Ritesh Joshi Vice President (VP) Mr. Ritesh Joshi as a Vice President (Technical) is another core member of the team accountable for corporate sales, building partnerships outreach and client operations. Mr. Ritesh holds Master's degree in Bio-Chemistry from the Sardar Bhagwan Singh (PG) Institute of Biomedical Sciences & Research - Dehradun.
