Role Profile

Responsibilities: Deli$ering #or+ to agreed standards

Main duties: Deli$ery of corporate training ser$ices to clients #ithin the India region* These #ill include/ leading 0 or ,%day professional training #or+shops; conducting role profiling6 placement testing (based on C'< benchmar+ing) and needs analysis for clients; deli$ering customised training courses based on 'nglish and soft s+ills; conducting training audits as part of ongoing support to clients* Assistance in the de$elopment of training materials either for ne# products and ser$ices offered to the corporate sector or for course content tailored specifically to the needs of a particular client*
