Production Equipment
TFBY select international advanced high-end machine tool and inspection equipment, such as: DMG five-axis milling center(Germany); DMG turning center(Germany); Klingenberg ultraprecision grinding machine(Switzerland); Doosan turning centers(Korea); Fair Friend Group (FFG)(Taiwan) and so on. Testing Equipment

Focusing on toolholder production, TFBY also developed U drilling, boring, milling, turning and so on series NC tools; NC toolholders including BT/NT/SK/CAT/HSK/CAPTO series; Concentricity from taper to the holding part < 0,005mm;Tolerance:H5 Default balance design; G 6.3/12000 rpm & G 2 .5/24 000 rpm are available upon request; OEM can be available upon request; Extensive market with good reputation.

NC Tools
NC tool R & D center, responsible for design and technology for various tool; 3 senior engineers, 4 design personnel people; Can provide complete set of tools upon request; Non-standard tools are available upon request.

TFBY will mainly focus on the development of milling cutter and high precision boring bars for system complement this year. TFBY will focus on finding cutter partner to create opportunities to jointly expanding common business activities on alloy series, blade series, intending to provide one-stop service for customers within two years.

Professional R & D team, design mold upon customers' drawings; Exclusive high precision roll mold manufacturer in China; Assembly accuracy 0.003mm; Substitute roll molds for Schoeler(Germany) and Moori(Japan); Main customers: SAPA Heat Transfer (Shanghai) Zhejiang Yucheng Power Group Beijing Tongzheng Taian Houfeng Jiangxi Bulansen Heat Transfer New Pipe Jesco, Korea (Accessories for pipe rolling machines) TFBY will gradually research and develop radiator sheet production in the future; To build the national mold R & D center.

Sales System Construction

According to the different natures of the products, spindle & mold can be customized to orders, which are directly for the users. Whereas NC tools implement grading agent sales. Sales department are divided into: sales, management, logistics, international trading four departments, in order to meet different needs from the customers. Sales agents are set up in key regions, TFBY continuously evaluate and increase Agents. The gradual increase of international exporting, which will account for more than 30% of the company's revenue in the future.

Sales Construction

Plan to set up further Agent in prefecture-level cities as a unit in developed provinces, while to the provincial level as a unit in underdevelopment area.
