1.0 INTRODUCTION
KMCF Engineering Group has recently approved the Keadue Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) Project. The Keadue WWTP Project will focus on Monitoring and controlling of the WWTP which provides a simplified approach for existing and potential WWTP. KMCF also realizes the importance of working with clients to develop tailored consulting solutions which the Keadue WWTP will allow the ability to do.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK


The scope of work for the Keadue Waste Water Treatment upgrade project is to develop a tender selection system for the planned development of the existing WWTP. This system is then to be used as the basis for the development of a generic system which may then be tailored and used in all future works of a similar nature. This system is to comprise of several key components: feasibility assessment, schedule of works, construction schedule and performance management system. The list has been generated with the view of providing future Tendering teams with all required information and tools in one collaborative system. The system will be designed to take all submitted tenders through one simple process.

3.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE


The period of performance for the Keadue waste water treatment plant beginning on 01 March 2014 Finish on 17 June 2014. All work must be scheduled to complete within this timeframe. Any extensions will be requested through the Project Manager for review and discussion.

4.0 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE


The Location for the WWTP Upgrade Works will be in Keadue will perform the majority of the work at Keadue. The Project Team were meeting to discuss about upgrade works of Keadue WWTP and agreeing terms about all necessary work that is needed to be done. The project team will also need to decided what each member of the group is going to do.

5.0 WORK REQUIREMENTS


As part of the Keadue wastewater treatment plant Project the contractors will be responsible for performing tasks throughout various stages of this project. The following is a list of these tasks which will result in the successful completion of this project:

5.1 Design Engineer (DE) Responsible for collecting requirements for the Project All design elements of the project Reporting to the PM as required by the Communications Management Plan DE may not approve any project expenses nor allocate any resources without PM approval Managed by the PM.

5.2 Project Manager (PM) Measure and prove project scope Make possible scope change requests Facilitate impact assessments of scope change requirements Organize and facilitate scheduled change control meetings Communicate outcomes of scope change requests Responsible for acquiring human resources for the project through coordination with Functional Managers Update project documents upon approval of all scope changes.

5.3 Implementation Manager (IM) Monitoring and controlling the outcome of the project Development of Software package which will provide for any delays or issues with the construction of the overall project IM will report status to the PM IMs performance will be evaluated by the PM.

5.4 Research and Development Manager (RSD) Functional managers are responsible providing resources for the project in accordance with the project operating plan Working with the PM to determine skill sets required Responsible for conducting performance appraisals of assigned resources based.

7.0 ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA


For the Keadue Waste Water Treatment Plant Project the acceptance of all deliverables will reside with the project manager. The Project manager will maintain a small team of three advisors in order to ensure the completeness of each stage of the project and that the scope of work has been met. Once a project phase is completed and the team must provide their report/presentation for review and approval. Once all project tasks have been completed, the project will enter the handoff/closure stage. The acceptance of this documentation by KMCF project manager will acknowledge acceptance of all project deliverables and that the criteria has met all assigned tasks.

8.0 OTHER REQUIREMENTS


The project team members will submit forms to KMCF group for clearance and access the facility. All engineers and quality control team members will be granted access to Keadue WTTP.
