• Delivers and receives cash, checks and other items to and from the cashier.
• Receives cash, checks and other items for deposits and pays withdrawals/
encashment after proper verification and approval of branch head or cashier.
• Verifies the checks received or deposited as to their endorsement, payee, date,
amount versus amount in words etc.
• Sees to it that deposits and withdrawal slips are properly filled up by the
depositors.
• Bundles currency bills and wrap coins before sending it to cashier.
• Post deposits and withdrawal transaction for SA, SSA,
CURRENT/CHECKING ACCOUNT.
• Prepares proof sheet and blotter with corresponding debit and credit tickets,
supporting documents and cash count together with the abstract (consolidation
of OR’s issued).
 • Issues OR for payments of loan, check book orders and/or service fees for
accounts being close, inter-branch transactions etc.
• Withdrawals and encashment above 5,000.00 should be approve by the branch
head/ OIC or cashier.
• Report all errors encountered to the immediate superior or the VPO.
• To perform such other duties that may be assigned by the VPO, ATP, and
BOD from time to time.
