J ob Summa ry The Apple Sales Manager (ASM) will be an experienced field sales representative with 3+ years in retail selling or sales management who will be responsible for sales results of Apple-based solutions in an assigned territory. Successful candidates will have a proven sales track record as well as demonstrated organizational and leadership skills within a retail environment.

De scrip tion The ASM is responsible for driving Apples business in multiple store locations within an assigned territory. The ASM will essentially manage a virtual sales team to ensure that the highest levels of sales, customer service, satisfaction, and integrity are being delivered on a continual basis. The ASM will also be responsible for reporting information on the business to Apple management, as well as performing specific projects and tasks requested by Apple management. Primary Responsibilities: Developing the territorys Apple business by building a strong, influential, collaborative business relationship with the resellers management and sales team Training the resellers store team members on selling Apple hardware, software, and accessories Remaining well-versed and educated on Apple-branded and related 3rd party products and being able to present Apple based solutions in formal as well as informal settings Working the store staff to maintaining merchandising and visual standards according to Apple and reseller standards Delivering optimal customer service through professionalism and product knowledge Analyzing and reporting business results and trends, by banner Creating and modifying business plans to achieve goals
The ASM must use their influencing skills and work closely with the senior store management, Apple Experts and other store personnel within the Reseller partners multiple store locations to execute on Apples sales initiatives

Criteria used to Measure Success: Year over Year growth in Apple Sales in the assigned territory Attainment of financial goals Attainment of key attach rates to be determined by Sales Management Level of interaction with the retailer partners Regional and store management and store staff Ability to develop and propose ways to address business challenges and opportunities within their assigned territory.
