JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 00Prepares a ull set o BSA /aily 'onitoring .eports or the BSACOs re%ie*) inclu-ing O1AC&1inC23 checks an- screening on names an- SW41T messages. 00'onitors transaction acti%ities *ithin each customers custo-y account!s$ an- compares that acti%ity against the Banks e5isting BSA&A'( pro ile o that customer. 00'onitors +oth short6term changes an- longer6term tren-s in customer account acti%ity against the customers e5isting BSA&A'( pro ile. 00Prepares monthly monitoring reports o BSA&A'( higher risk countries. 00Con-ucts Politically 25pose- Persons !P2Ps$ searches or custo-y customers or BSACOs re%ie*. 00Works *ith rele%ant -epartments to prepare an- up-ate customers BSA&A'( pro iles an- .isk 'atrices. 00/etermines the accuracy o the e5isting customer BSA&A'( pro iles inclu-ing customer -ue -iligence -ocuments !A'( 7uestionnaires) 8SA PAT.4OT Act certi icate) etc.$ an- makes any re,uire- changes in that pro ile. 00Participates in maintaining BSA&O1AC ilter unctions in 9T:) 1ircoSo t an- Worl-6Check. 00'onitors account acti%ity to i-enti y any unusual or potentially suspicious acti%ities. 00Participates in +oar-&management&-epartmental compliance meetings. 00Assists the BSACO to re%ie* an- maintain the rele%ant policies an- proce-ures. 00Acts as the irst +ackup to the BSACO&O1AC .esponsi+le O icer *ith regar- to certain -esignate- responsi+ilities *hen he&she is a+sent. 00Acts as the secretary o perio-ic 9eneral Compliance 'eetings. 00Assists the manager o .C/ to per orm perio-ic corporate compliance risk assessment) compliance testing) +ank00*i-e compliance seminars an- maintaining rele%ant policies an- proce-ures. 004mpro%es -ata+ase an- physical iling metho-s o the Compliance an- BSA&A'( area.
