♦ Had been to North America at our RLE North America office for 3 months
for Chrysler and GM Projects.
♦ Responsible for North America & Europe GM and DCX establishments for
execution of Stamping Die Design Projects.
♦ 3D Designing of Dies for large Outer Skin & Inner Panels on UG-NX3.
♦ Responsible for leading, guiding and coordinating a team of designers for
successful accomplishing Die Design Projects for Various GM & DCX
projects worldwide.
♦ Die data management & co-ordination with GM North America & Chrysler
North America.
♦ Interacting with Customers, regarding Technical Specification Meetings for
New product development.
♦ Follow up with vendors for quality & timely delivery of dies.

2. International Tractors Limited

ITL is a manufacturer of various tractors of

Sonalika brand ranging from 30 H.P. to 75 H.P. and CERES brand between 60 H.P.
to 90 H.P. The Tractors manufactured by the company have secured a reputation of
performance, quality and reliability in the market because of their maximum pulling
power, minimum fuel consumption and Emission. All this makes ITL the 5th largest
tractor selling company in India and the number one company in Nepal. These
tractors are also exported to various countries including France, South Africa,
Australia, Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka, Canada, Nepal, and Bangladesh etc. The group
also produces RHINO,MUV.

Job Profile

• Designing of Press Tools, Welding Fixtures, Panel Checkers on U.G and

Autocad.
• Checking and approving outsourced designs.
• Monitoring the tool, fixture and gauge manufacturing procedures and looking
for continuous improvement for the same.
• Generating surfaces with input as Wire Frame or the 2D drawings.
• Creating drawings on U.G consisting of different sections, required
tolerances and every detail required to manufacture the part.
• Pattern checking, Casting checks and manufacturing follow ups.
• Pattern check concept and design.
• Simulations for cracks, wrinkles, bead lines, blank sizes, spring-back,
analysis and suggestions for improving the same.
• To look after welding line of engine room of RHINO (A muv by ICML), in
Amb Plant. It is located in Himachal Pradesh. Designing those fixtures and to
ensure the proper working of that welding line was my responsibility.
• Quotations for new toolings and deciding Process Layouts.

JBM is one of the leading Companies in the field of Die Design &
Manufacturing in India. The company Designs & manufactures 350-400
Dies every year. Company supplies Dies, Welding Fixtures, Checking
Fixtures, Axles & assemblies to:Maruti, GMI, Honda SIEL, H.M.S.I.,
Whirlpool, Ashok Leyland, Ford, ITL, Mahindra, Volvo, Eicher, Fontana,
Samsung etc.
