Introduction including overview of area inspected and activities taking place

introduction: This report fallows an inspection of the MIA

CORPORATION (PVT) LTD carried on Tuesday 17 September 22, 2013 The purpose of the report is to identify workplace hazards and welfare issues and bring these to management attention.

Summary: overall the construction area are not well maintained.

However owing to the increased hazards and lack of sufficient accommodation, a number of hazards have been identified that require urgent management action.

Inadequate lighting: inadequate light is not providing in the

area of workplace where the work is carried out. To provide adequate lighting including spot light and back up light system with the reason of failure of light. These improvements will increase the efficiency of the workers and also productions.

Housekeeping: inadequate housekeeping slow the production

process because the different type of material is lying down in the work place. The type of the material is flammable material gasses cylinders and others sources which can harmful the workplace environment. To provide different location for each material and segregate the area.to clear policy by supervision and check by time by time. To dispose off the unwanted material with under the law.

Welfare-provision: inadequate toilet, washing facilities,

accommodation and resting provide separate clothes locks to works to save form contamination and provide food facilities like hot and cool drinks eating facilities provide the hygienic environment. Provide hot and cool cloths with respect to weather condition. This should they be improved by refurbishment.

Scaffold: scaffold is not properly erected missing of guardrail
