Aikido which means the Way of Harmony is a Japanese martial art that is growing in popularity throughout the world. Aikido is an excellent discipline for self-defense and selfimprovement and cultivates spirit and beauty. In this course the Instructor Grandmaster Dogic will teach the non-violent techniques of Aikido. You will learn the real power of Aikido which comes from using the distance, motion, speed and projection of an attacker against him through your own spiraling, extension and movement. Through Aikido you will become fluid and more in touch with your body. He is the President of the American Aikido Federation United Martial Arts. *Please wear comfortable clothing.
