Subject and Object Pronouns


Pronouns can take the place of words in the subject of a sentence. These pronouns are subject pronouns. I watch ducklings in the park. They make us laugh.

Pronouns can take the place of words in the predicate of a sentence. These pronouns are object pronouns. The ducks entertain us. Subject Pronouns I you he she it we they I bring bread for them. Object Pronouns me you him her it us them
