HI, My name is Udaykiran. I am from India. I am currently pursuing MBA in Willamette university. I have strong academic background and I have 6 years of working experience in multinational organizations. I graduated from top 10 Best universities in india with in top 20% of class in engineering. I started my career with a multinational company TATA consultancy services as a software developer in financial domain developing software for Equities& commodities trading. I am energetic and organized person. There I took initiative of researching new features for the product and proposed them to project manager. They got approved and implemented. For which I received many accolades from client. I got promoted to team leader with in short span of time. During my leadership, we achieved certificate to the software we developed from commodities Exchanges in India. I got star of the month award twice demonstrating my efforts, dedication, leadership and problem solving skills. After working almost 3 years in TCS, I moved to Protocom technology. Where I Joined as team lead eventually I got promoted to Incharge of Admin&HR activities along with team lead. Where I had to communicate different teams in india and Australia to gather requirements and shape the product. Demonstrating my project management and interpersonal skills. Under my leadership we successfully developed telecom products such as STACK,SMSC,VMSC. I am very passionate about education mainly because of its power and capacity education is the single most effective means of reducing poverty. It will provide a better future for their families and countries education has the power to make the world a better place. Education encourages transparency, good governance, stability and helps fight against graft and corruption. education results in raising income, improving health, promoting gender equality, and reducing poverty.

What is your passion for education? -k-12 k-12 education is the one of the very important step in every childs future. Our economy depends on an educated and skilled workforce to be successful in the global market. too many of our students continue to be ill-served by the schools they attend, and either fall behind, or drop out of school. This is not good for their future, nor is it good for our countrys future.

Every day in our country about 7,000 students drop out of high school. In fact, nearly half of all college students must take remedial courses after graduating from high school before they can take college level coursework. This lack of preparation means that our college students spend more time and money in tuition just to catch up.Its hard for them and its hard for our country to get ahead if were playing catch up. The projections are that within a decade 6 out of 10 Americans must have a degree or recognized credential to succeed in the workforce. The skills students learn in the earliest grades are the building blocks to their success in high school, college and the workforce. Our country cannot continue to be competitive in the global economy if we do not have an educated workforce. We are heavily dependent on skilled people from different parts of the world. If we can have enough skilled force, we can reduce immigration and stop flowing money to other countries

Why do u want to work in our company? As I have passion into education. I am looking for opportunities where I can enter into education industry and contribute myself. Education pioneers is one of such organization which recruits and trains the candidate to suitable for education industry. This is what attracted me to education pioneers. Where do u want to see ur self in next five years? Well, I am most worried about results. Once I join one of the school districts I would like to see there would be reduced school drop rate by 60%. I would like to research the various causes behind the school drop rate particular to school district and I would find a ways to overcome them. and increased quality of education by inheriting new approached from successful schools and by initiating new methods in the classroom. Research is the key. Include evidence for each claim u make. It shows that u made research. Include following reasons qualitatively and quantitatively Talk about companys growth (give figures) I believe in companys values and principles I would like to face new challenges
