Percy Hlabathi | Media Strategist Percy, is media executive with 24 years experience and has implemented and managed campaigns for National Heritage Council, KwaZulu Natal Department of Transport, Sizwe Medical Fund, Nestle, Castrol Oil, Investec, Metro fm, Hollard Insurance, Virgin Atlantic Airlines and was responsible for MTN media for 8 years. He has a Media management Diploma with AAA School of Advertising. Blessing Katsidzira | Creative Director Blessing Katsidziras design skills have been appreciated by both employers and clients in Zimbabwe, Australia, and now South Africa. He has worked at major Agencies including Ogilvy Zimbabwe (Accounts = Cocacola, Spar, Truworths, World Vision), M&M Consultants (Accounts = United Nations,Action AID etc.), Brown Ink Design - Australia (Telstra, Optus etc.). Some of his specialties include tradi- tional, digital and 3D design. He has a 3 Year Diploma in Graphic Design from the Harare Polytechic College and a Certificate in Multimedia from Melbourne in Australia. Craig Ntsiruweni Mukhuba | Brand Communications Strategist Craig matriculated at Mbilwi Secondary School in Limpopo, one of the countrys most exulted Pre-tertiary learning institutions and proceeded to do his undergraduate studies at what is currently the University of Limpopo (formerly University of the North) where he completed a public administration degree, majoring in Public Administration and Political science. Craig added a B.Com degree to his qualifications from the selfsame University of Limpopo in 1997, majoring in Industrial Psychology (awarded best student), Business Management (best student) and Industrial Law (another best student achievement). First experience in marketing was in a trainee position with Unilever in 1986 where he spent two years working in the Vaseline brand office. From Unilever, he joined SAB as a business development officer, spending 3 years in that position. Subsequent to that, Craig worked in marketing management positions in industry sectors that included financial services (Insurance and Finance Marketing), IT (Xerox South Africa),

Consulting (Productivity SA) as well as advertising with Elements Marketing and advertising where he worked as a brand strategist over three years. Craig has also served as chairman of the IMMs advisory board, Pretoria chapter and has written several acclaimed articles for various marketing industry publications including being a regular contributor to the Advertising Annuals Rockstars feature. Her working experience includes sales executive positions with Tempest car hire, Imperial group, Three Cities group, and Gold Reef City Casino as well as BMW Club Motors dealership. Brinnette also held a marketing manager as well as corporate relations manager positions with the Clinix Health group. Brinnette add an element of youthful enthusiasm to the team, coupled with an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and the ability to go the extra mile to ensure that our service delivery is above the expectations of our valuable clients. Desmond Thirtle | Production Manager Desmond Thirtle boasts invaluable experience in the printing and advertising industries. His careers began as a Lithographer at Beith. He later moved to Sparham Colors and then joined Gtraphic Scan. He found a partner and they both started a Printing shop, Loerie Colour where he was coordinating and overseeing all repro and print functions. After joining the advertising industry, Desmond assumed the position of Production and Traffic manager where he was responsible for drawing production quotes on a Comptu 1 System and managing the flow of work from client services through to the creative department. Ensure material delivery and flighting codes with media companies as well as checking final print colours at printers to meet client specifications.
