1 Introduction:

As we know that all the companies are run by the employees working in it. The entire day to day task activates and all other duties and function are carried out by the employees. The main point in retaining the employee is the salary packages along with the best compensation packages that are offered by the organization to their employees. Because almost in every company all the employees working for the only reason that is money in terms of salary and other packages which help them to full fill their needs and wants. Before going to explain the compensation packages given by the company SN !" to its employees first all # would like to give a brief introduction of SN !". Sui Northern as !ipelines "imited $SN !"% was incorporated as a private limited &ompany in '()* and converted into a public limited company in +anuary '(), under the &ompanies Act '('*- now &ompanies .rdinance '(/,- and is listed on all the three Stock 0xchanges of the &ountry. The &ompany took over the existing Sui12ultan System $3'4 miles of ') inch and /5 miles of '5 inch diameter pipelines% from !akistan industrial 6evelopment &orporation $!#6&% and 6hulian17awalpindi18ah system $/3 miles of ) inch diameter pipeline% from Attock .il &ompany "imited. The &ompany9s commercial operations commenced by selling an average of ,4 22&:6 gas in two regions viz. 2ultan and 7awalpindi- serving a total number of )4 consumers. Sui Northern as !ipelines "imited $SN !"% is the largest integrated gas company serving more than ,.3 million consumers in North &entral !akistan through an extensive network in !un;ab- <hyber !akhtoon <hwa and Azad +ammu = <ashmir and is certified against #S. ',55'>355, = .?SAS '/55'>3554 Standards. SN !"@s '' sites have been registered under the AS2A7T3A !rogram by !akistan 0nvironmental !rotection Agency $!A<10!A%.. The &ompany has over ,( years of experience in operation and maintenance of high1pressure gas transmission and distribution systems. #t has also expanded its activities as 0ngineering- !rocurement and &onstruction $0!&% &ontractor to undertake the planning- designing and construction of pipelines- both for itself and other organizations. SN !" transmission system extends from Sui in Baluchistan to !eshawar in <hyber !akhtoon <hwa $<!<% comprising over 4-)B, <2 of Transmission System $2ain lines = "oop lines%. The distribution activities covering 3-,(, main towns along with ad;oining villages in !un;ab = <hyber !akhtoon <hwa are organized through '* regional offices. 6istribution system consists of /4-4() <2 of pipeline. SN !" has ,-'4,-*,3 consumers comprising &ommercial- 6omestic- eneral #ndustry- :ertilizer- and !ower = &ement Sectors. Annual gas sales to these consumers were B(4-5B) 22&: worth 7s. 3')-)B3 million during +ul 35'' 1 +un 35'3.

2. Objectives of the Report:


The main ob;ective of conducting this report is to know each and every aspect about the compensation management sub;ect. ?ow these concepts use broadly in the organizations context and in future if we were ?7 managers then how we will make compensation packages for employees. #t will enhance our skills by knowing the compensation strategy of the company that we are targeting in our assignment and will give a touch of how organization offers compensation packages to their employees on the biases of there skills and education. Since our area is ?7 so compensation management is an important sub;ect for us. 8e have to deal with employees- their salary and compensation packages this sub;ect will give us benefits in terms of making compensation packages for every cater of employees.

SN !" is a private organization and it provides excellent compensation packages to their employees as according to their skillseducation and rank. Along with salary and wages- SN !" offer added incentives in what is known as a compensation package. The company is responsible for this purpose because they sent the names of every employee to the tax department so that they can free from this burden.

All though they provide cars to their officers rank caters but it also give automobile facilities to those employees who goes for work in the areas where pipelines are damaged or for giving new connections. 3.. Company)sponsored trainin*: The company provides training to those employees who lack special skills for performing their tasks which is called on the ;ob training. This training program not only increases those work efficiency but also provide the career benefits it means that if they improve from this training facility it is chance that these employees have chance to go higher position. 3./ 0ree te$ecom faci$ity: The SN !" provide free telecom facility too all those employees who are involved in mechanical work of construction of pipes- and meter readers. This package is providing to them because in case of any problem they can contact with the company headCuarters for further instructions. 3.1 Performance bonus: !erformance bonus is given to all the employees who work in labor cater e.g. those who give new connections if they complete the task on a given time so in the coming salary the company will provide them performance bonus. 3.12 Sa$ary increases> The salary increases as per the rank. But as for as annual increase concern it is as per the overnment budget. 8hat the overnment decide SN !" acts on it in the context of salary increases. 3.11 3i$$in* a$$o,ance> All the employees of company uses free domestic gas. There monthly bill is zero.

4 Conc$usions:
The result or conclusion that we have taken from this report is that what are compensation packages actually are how the company offers it to their employees and on which biases. 8e realize that a good company will give a good compensation package to their employees and these packages will motivate them which signal that they will become loyal to the company and will keep interest in their work. And will talk about the company in positive word of word of mouth. Second thing that we have learn is when enter into an organization how we will make compensation package for employees. And we will have a know how that what compensation package is and what it@s consist of. 8e have discussed SN !" compensation practices so we know that how company offers these packages to their employees. The main thing we realize in making of this report is the reality factor. The condition out the university is Cuite different especially in corporate sector. !eople do not share information about their organization and about their own compensation package and salary. Another factor is that compensation package is differing from person to person and from rank to rank. 8e learn how to grab information from the people in the context of organization which actually a very difficult task and it is an art to peruse them to share information. 2ost of the time people do not share information and they are reluctant to their cause but we will grab information from very softly. Talking about their interests and know the actual things. The sub;ect compensation management gives an idea about the basic ?7 terms which is now a days broadly use in all the companies like perks- health allowance car allowance. And we know that how these things are used.
