This threat is a device known as the Thoughts Detecting Machine. What is Thoughts Detecting Machine? There are two sources of informations that led to my knowledge of this machine. The first source is an excerpt from South China Morning Newspaper of Hong-Kong in 1970s. It stated that an American University had invented a thoughts detecting machine which can read another persons thought. The initial goal of this invention was to solve severe car accident cases. It was supposed to use by authority to read the minds of the injured parties to piece together the entire accident. The C.I.A. learned and purchased the patent on this invention (South China Morning Post). The second source is a classified military document of Taiwan. In the spring of 1984, I was a Lieutenant Colonel of National Defense Department of Taisan. I read a classified document from my service Dept: The document indicated that the Military Police of Taiwan had purchased the thoughts detection machine (In Taiwan, we translated its name to Psychological Language Machine) from the United States. The document was a request to the U.S. for parts to repair the malfunction machines. Before I left Taiwan, This machine had become the most effective equipments for the security departments of Taiwan, such as Headquarter of Police Department, Military Police, and National Security & Investigation Department. Here are some of the basic operational principles of this machine and the problems that existed in Taiwan arise from the usage of this machine. 1. Also some research about electrromagnetic waves on mind control already show that how the TDM from the basic invention (read the thoughts) grow up to be a special technique to influence human mind, to spy or interrogate people. It stated that an American University had invented a thoughts detecting machine which can read another persons thoughts. The initial goal of this invention was to solve severe car accident cases. It was supposed to be used by authority to read the minds of the injured parties and to piece together the entire accident. After learning of this patent, the C.I.A. purchased it (South China Morning Post). The second source is a classified military document of Taiwan: In the spring of 1984, I was a Lieutenant Colonel serving at the highest audit center for the military budget of the National Defense military budget. It was my jurisdiction was to audit classified and unclassified military spendings. At that time, I handled a classified purchase order of the thoughts detecting machine. The document indicated that the Military Police of Taiwan had purchased the thoughts detection machine (In Taiwan, we translated its name to Psychological Language Machine) from the United States. PSI-TECH* Retired Major General Albert N. Stubblebine (Former Director of U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command) and Alexander are on the board of a remote viewing company called PSI-TECH. Los Alamos National Laboratories. Alexander and his team have recently been working with Dr Igor Smirnov, a psychologist from the Moscow Institute of Psychocorrelations. They were invited to the U.S. after Janet Morris visit to Russia in 1991. There she was shown the technique which was pioneered by the Russian Department of Psycho-Correction at Moscow Medical Academy. The Russians employ a technique to electronically analyse the human mind in order to influence it. They input subliminal command messages, using key words transmitted in white noise or music (35). Here, I will thank the author and Ms. Janet Morris to tell us so important information. Also I do believe that the brave ladys already showed us their courage in this event. But allow me to have different opinions in several point which Ill explain as below: First, I suspect that the remote view company should be considered as the co-operatation company with or under control of one intelligence of US government. Because the intelligences never trust anyone expect themselves also they rather hold the PSI-TECH in their own hands instead of others. Then they can use this technique as easily as they can. To offer the secret budget and to cover of a contract is the popular way of such kind secret institutes. Also covering of a privacy company can easily avoid the audit from the congress and avoid the security leak. Second Ill disagree the that the technique of Russias mind machine was pioneered by the Russia. Because I know a case which just like what I described here to send words without voices, already happening in United states in 1989. Also I dont think that the Russia is so generous to show a top technology to others. Ill suspect the T.D.M. might be learned by KGB of Russia in the spy event which a CIA high rank agent was found as a spy of KGB in 1994. The Russia know that the T.D.M. is kept as a top secret by the intelligence of U.S. but our public dont know it. Thats why the Russia show our scientist with this machine, or might even try to protect their spy who was found as a agent of CIA last year. If the Russia had already had the similar mind machine in development before they learned the TDMod US. Then they might advance the TDM in some area because they combine both knowledge of the TDM and their mind machine. I suspect that there is another team work on the T.D.M. and they are better than the team of Mr. Alexander. Unfortunately Ms. Janet Morris didnt describe very detail how the Russia electronically analysis the human mind, but it did prove that to read human thoughts is indeed existence and success. Now I will show you a most important evidence which was mentioned by Dr. Robert Becker on his book in 198 * In the early 1960s Frey found that when microwaves of 300 to 3,000 megahertz were pulsed at specific rates, humans (even deaf people) could hear them. The beam caused a booming, hissing, clicking, or buzzing, depending on the exact frequency and pulse rate, and the sound seemed to come from just behind the head. At first Frey was ridiculed for this announcement, just like many radar technicians whod been told they were crazy for hearing certain radar beams. Later work has shown that the microwaves are sensed somewhere in the temporal region just above and slightly in front of the ears. The phenomenon apparently results from pressure waves set up in brain tissue, some of which activate the sound receptors of the inner ear via bone conduction, while others directly stimulate nerve cells in the auditory pathways. Experiments on rats have shown that a strong signal can generate a sound pressure of 120 decibels, or approximately the level near a jet engine at take off. Obviously such a beam could cause humans severe pain and prevent all voice communication. That the same effect can be used more subtly was demonstrated in 1973 by Dr. Joseph C. Sharp of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. Sharp, serving as a test subject himself, heard and understood spoken words delivered to him in an echo-free isolation chamber via a pulsed-microwave audiogram (an analog of the words sound vibrations) beamed into his brain. Such a device has obvious applications in covert operations designed to drive a target crazy with voices or deliver undetectable instructions to a programmed assassin. Here I would like to express my opinion with a sentence. The dedcution of Dr. Becker to the usage of mind machine show us a very accurate forecast. The above principle is the most important information which the investigator always abuse the Thoughts Detecting Machine to drive the people mad talking to a subject without normal voices which can be heard by ears. The investigators will take this for their second action when they found the subjects are strong enough and the first action didnt succeed. They will operate the electromagnetic waves as the electrical impulses of operator voice (which are translated from operator voice in the C.P.U.) and shoot to the target (subjects brain or body according to the report of Russia mind machine.) The subject will hear what they say as normal dialogue in a whisper, but actual there is no any voice can be heard by ears and cant see anyone around himself.
