Global Water Crisis In the near future there will be a severe crisis in many parts of the world. Many large rivers like the Ganga, the Jamuna and the Thames are already very polluted. People cannot drink this water, and if they even wash their hands in it they can become infected. The only solution is to rely on rainwater. We must collect the rainwater, develop the science of making artificial rain through helium or any other process, and bring the clouds which rain over the ocean onto the land. Constructing more deep tube wells is not the answer. Rather, we must catch the rainwater where it falls. Many ponds, canals, dams,

lakes and reservoirs should be immediately constructed to catch the rainwater and store it for drinking water. This is the only way out of the water crisis that will confront humanity in the very near future. (Read the full discourse)

Didi Kusuma is engaged in regular community service with the help of a majority of margi of Cuernavaca Unit in Mexico.

New Yearprogram on 31 December New Year's Eve at WWD office in New York. There was a Devotional Music Program in which one classicalsinger participated singing Bhajans. Margiis sang Prabhat Samgiita and after we had Katha Kiirtan. New Margiis were very inspired afterlisteningexperiencefromsenior Margiis. In the evening Dharma Chakra hall was completelyfull of Margiis. After we had 9 PM to 12 AM Akhanda Kiirtan and everyone enjoyed. Total 34 Margiisattended.

Kentucky Flats Kindergarten in Nevada County invited us to do some teacher training and parent workshops about Neo Humanism in education. We also discussed spirituality and it's scope in busy parents' lives. It is possible; one needs to be a bit creative with time management and include toddlers too in singing Baba Nam Kevalam. Ananda Dhiira MU has two beautiful olive trees growing near the barn. This year the smaller one gave us two bucket fulls

of olives; plump and shiny! The olives are being cured and can be enjoyed in 1-2 months time. Who wouldn't wish to taste!?

Didi Ananda Hitaesana is teaching yoga to a group of students in New York.

Dada Ramanandas memoirs, Ashutosh Baba, is now available from Dada Iishvarakrishnananda in New York, and from Amazon and other online vendors. I put together the book from the daily interviews I did with Dada when I stayed with him for a month in Anandanagar at the end of 2011. It has some really wonderful stories and a unique behind-the-scenes view of Babas life (Dada was Babas personal assistant for 13 years). Water Detox
2 lemons and/or limes 1/2 cucumber, unpeeled 3-quarts purified water Use organic lemons/limes and cucumber, if possible. Wash thoroughly and cut into slices, then place into water. Add a sprig or two of mint if you like. Infuse overnight in fridge to create a natural detox water that helps to flush impurities out of your system. Keep in the fridge and sip all day.
