ERGONOMICS
Solifiber is an ergonomic seat shell with V-shaped pelvic and lumbar support with an Akerblom bend. Particular attention is given to ergonomically dynamic seating, so that the seat allows very varied seated positions, effectively avoiding overloading and tiredness. The underside of the seat has a long slope to avoid pressure points in knee cavities and the back has an extra bend at the top. This enables dynamic-passive seated positions and functions as a support surface for the elbow and as an integrated handle. The surface with a continuous structure ensures a constant air flow between the seat and the body, allowing the seat to remain comfortable and fresh, even when it is used during a long period. The material and the construction guarantee a solid and flexible seat shell which follows the natural movements of the body. This contributes to a qualitative seating comfort, even during prolonged sitting.

USER-FRIENDLY
The Solifiber design started from scratch: the unique material and the corresponding design techniques allowed the creation of a seat shell without the traditional compromises concerning ergonomics, design, durability and cost price. easily follows any position and continually offers support where needed. With this seat, the typical VANERUM low pressure point concept was taken to the next level. In addition, this construction makes the seat extremely solid and durable. An ingenious surface structure and the high quantity of glass fiber in the synthetic material make sure the seat remains comfortable, even in case of long-term use. The Solifiber follows any position you want to adopt. It keeps spoiling you with its active-passive concept, its curve at the top of the back ensuring a relatively low back to remain comfortable at all times, its detailed back allowing you to use the seat conversely, ... The integrated handle allows you to easily move the seat, because you really want to have it by your side everywhere.

SOLIFIBER

MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION

The seat shell is composed of composite material with a base of polypropylene and glass fibre. Because of the applied production technique, this material can be used as massive foam or as material with hollow chambers. This hollow chamber in the center of the seat makes the seat shell very solid, while the quantity of polypropylene in the material guarantees a high fracture toughness. The high quantity of glass fibre makes sure the seat meets the high requirements in terms of fire safety. The seat shell is fitted with multiple screw points, making sure the assembly on the frame remains invisible from above. The identification of the material and the origin, as well as the fabrication date are indicated on the seat shells.

VERSATILITY
The Solifiber is optimized for seats of 14" to 19.6" and fits on different frames. Seat width = 15.7", seat depth = 15.7", height of the back above the seat = 14", back width = 13.7", material strength = variable, 0.2" to 0.6".
