The General Assembly 3 Recalling the articles !ithin the "# $harter about the aforementioned right Noting the necessity of a strong action in through compliance !ith the different cultural bac%grounds Believing it is essential that e&ery nation is entitled to its rights - !hich includes the rights to health safety and sur&i&al an education freedom from discrimination and a community Aware that the cooperation bet!een #G's and indi&idual member states is an integral part in protecting endangered cultures( )( $alls for the multi-lateral cooperation of organi*ations ad&ocating peoples+ rights and promotes: a( the creation of a net!or% amongst these organi*ations in order to promote a ,oint effort in conducting research monitoring funding aiding and implementing action plans as further outlined by the resolutionb( the funding of specific e&ents and scholarship dedicated to the study and presentation of proposals that enhance peaceful cooperation bet!een the parties.( Promotes the de&elops of plans of protection in case of heritage and monuments and founding for the restoration of the aforementioned ones3( Appro&es the organi*ation of language courses for the preser&ation of languages at ris%/( 0ncourages a biannual meeting amongst the members of the net!or% in !hich the organi*ations and representati&es from each member state come together to discuss achie&ements and further goals on areas such as but not limited to: a( The progress and current obstacles in data collection and ho! to impro&e the process b( 1udget allocation and redistribution of aid force from each organi*ation based on the change in situations c( Further ideas to tac%le core problems such as po&erty or economic and political stability d( #e! solutions or impro&ements for the abo&e clauses(
