A licence arrangement grants the right to occupy the

premises. Tenure, or right to occupy the apartment,
is protected by the South Australian Retirement
Villages Act 1987.
A fortnightly maintenance fee covers all rates, taxes,
building insurance, maintenance and gardening.
Each apartment includes an undercover car park.
An additional car park may be negotiated for $25,000
(subject to availability).
